What is Dreamshot?

Dreamshot is an AI-native creative agency. We produce images and videos for brands like Inditex, Adidas, Toyota, and WordPress. All 100% AI-generated.

Your Mission

Own our video output. Turn briefs and ideas into finished video for premium brands (from short-form social to full campaign pieces).

Taste comes first: every piece has to feel elevated, realistic, and premium, never artificial or gimmicky. AI is the engine that lets you produce at a quality brands ship, faster and at scale.

You don't need to be an AI expert on day one. We'll train you on our generation stack. What you bring is the eye, the taste, the creativity, and the craft to finish it.

Over time you'll grow into the engine behind our creative efficiency, shaping the prompts, workflows, and AI agents that take us from idea to finished piece with less and less manual work.

What You'll Do

The work (85%)

• Take briefs from idea to finished piece: concept, cut, sound, final polish
• One week it's a paid social campaign, the next a TV spot for a national launch. Same bar every time: crafted, premium, never AI slop
• Direct AI generation like you'd direct a shoot: you decide what each shot needs, our stack produces it, you make it work in the cut
• Own the last 5%: rhythm, pacing, sound design, the finishing that separates a nice clip from a piece a brand actually publishes
• Present your work directly to clients and defend your creative choices

Build the machine (15%)

• Turn what works into repeatable workflows, so every piece raises the bar for the next one
• Grow into node-based AI pipelines and agents that produce alongside you. The goal: your taste, multiplied. (We'll train you.)

What We're Looking For

We don't care what you studied. We care about your work. Send us your videos.

Must have:

• A reel or portfolio you made. This is what we judge you on.
• An excellent video editor: strong craft (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or After Effects) with a real feel for what works
• A great eye and great taste: you have range - you can create for different brands, tones, and narratives
• Creative: you bring ideas, not just execution
• A feel for social: you understand hooks, retention, and roughly how the algorithm rewards content
• Hunger to learn AI tools fast. We'll train you, but you have to want it
• C1 English, written and spoken (client-facing work with international brands)

Nice to have (+1):

• Experience working in an agency or for enterprise clients, or running channels with real reach
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools (Nano Banana, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Seedance, or similar)
• Prompt engineering, automation, or node-based workflow / AI agent experience
• An eye for brand: you can adapt to a brand's tone and style guide, not only your own

• Detail-obsessed: a quality-control mindset, you care about the bar and about what ships under your name.
• Direct: you communicate clearly, flag blockers early, and give honest feedback on creative work.

What Does Success Look Like?

In 1 month: You'll have delivered your first projects.

In 3 months: Autonomous production. You turn briefs into publish-ready short-form without supervision, and you know what good looks like for each client.

In 6 months: You own video production end-to-end, and you're building the AI workflows that multiply your output. You shape how we produce and present video.
