Role Description
KECH Development is seeking a Marketing Analyst Intern to join our Eixample, Barcelona office. This is a fully on-site internship designed for university students who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, business development, and sales support within a professional real estate and private equity environment.
This role is ideal for students interested in marketing, communications, social media, branding, sales, business development, or real estate marketing. Interns will gain practical experience in managing social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with sales outreach, and helping strengthen the firm’s brand presence across markets.
This opportunity will begin as an academic credit internship and may progress into a paid internship, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Candidates must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and brand content
- Help with sales outreach, lead generation, and follow-up communications
- Assist in market research related to audience engagement, competitors, and industry trends
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns, email outreach, and promotional strategies
- Help maintain and strengthen the firm’s online presence and branding
- Collaborate with team members on marketing, business development, and communications initiatives
- Track engagement, campaign performance, and sales-related activity to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled university students eligible to receive academic credit
- Strong interest in social media, marketing, branding, sales, or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Business-level English is required
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in the Barcelona office

Misión

Responsabilidades
Liderarás la gestión de cuentas estratégicas nacionales, con un papel clave en la apertura y desarrollo de nuevo negocio en canales retail, distribución, colectividades e industrial.

Requisitos
