Qué harás

Essential Responsibilities

Build and manage the Recurring & Renewal opportunity pipeline

• Proactively manage the contract renewal pipeline for the assigned portfolio.
• Anticipate upcoming expirations and initiate renewal activities with sufficient lead time to maximize Renewal On Time.
• Prepare and manage renewal proposals / contract offers and follow them through to closure.
• Proactively follow up open renewal opportunities and minimize late renewals and contract leakage.
• Identify contracts at risk and take appropriate commercial actions to protect recurring revenue.
• Analyze, qualify and proactively progress renewal and recurring opportunities in BFO.
• Maintain accurate opportunity status, expected closing dates and customer interactions.
• Coordinate internally with Services teams to ensure renewal opportunities are properly supported and delivered.
• React quickly to customer requests related to existing contracts and recurring services.

Develop and expand Recurring Business

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing contract portfolio.
• Expand recurring coverage across the customer's Installed Base.
• Identify customers, assets or services currently outside existing contracts and develop opportunities to bring them into a recurring model.
• Promote relevant recurring offers and contract extensions aligned with customer needs.
• Convert transactional service relationships into long-term recurring relationships whenever appropriate.
• Support targeted recurring campaigns based on Installed Base, contract maturity and identified customer potential.
• Generate new recurring business opportunities from existing customers and Installed Base.

Manage assigned customer and contract portfolio

• Develop a clear understanding of the assigned customers, contracts and Installed Base.
• Act as a key commercial point of contact for contract renewals and recurring services.

Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend

The Opportunity

Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem.

As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana.

You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise.

Compensation & Rewards

Buscamos desarrolladores full stack para el equipo de Business Partner Transparency, que da a las empresas inteligencia sobre sus proveedores para cumplir con la regulación.

Qué harás

• Diseñar, construir y optimizar funcionalidades full stack con tecnologías modernas: Node.js y TypeScript en el back-end y React en el front-end, con foco en escalabilidad y mantenibilidad.
• Desarrollar soluciones de software que automaticen flujos de cumplimiento complejos para empresas de cualquier tamaño.
• Trabajar con producto, diseño e ingeniería en equipos ágiles pequeños (4–6 personas) para definir, refinar e implementar las funcionalidades.
• Garantizar un código seguro y de calidad con revisiones rigurosas, pruebas automatizadas e integración y despliegue continuos (CI/CD).
• Ser responsable de la arquitectura y el diseño de las soluciones en TypeScript, optimizando rendimiento, fiabilidad y experiencia de usuario.
• Contribuir a la estrategia técnica y a la toma de decisiones, identificando oportunidades de innovación y de mejora de procesos.
• Acompañar a desarrolladores junior y fomentar una cultura de aprendizaje y excelencia técnica.

Qué buscamos

Imprescindible

• 4+ años de desarrollo full stack con Node.js / TypeScript y React.
• Experiencia en startups, empresas SaaS o de producto.
• Experiencia práctica con desarrollo asistido por IA y con entornos de ingeniería con agentes.
• Experiencia en servicios web e integración (REST, etc.) y con Git.
• Mentalidad de producto: pensar más allá del código, en el usuario, el impacto de negocio y la escalabilidad.
• Experiencia ágil: sprints, stand-ups e iteración rápida.
• Inglés C1 o equivalente (el equipo es internacional).

What The Role Involves

• Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept and proposal through to release and ongoing maintenance
• Leverage modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Vite, PNPM, AWS, and Kubernetes
• Mentor teammates to ensure efficient, high-quality task execution and delivery
• Drive initiatives to enhance the developer experience, improving workflows and collaboration

• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with Node.js (Fastify preferred) and ideally React or any JS framework

• Experience writing comprehensive, effective tests to ensure reliability and maintainability
• Familiarity with design systems (e.g. Ant Design, Material Design, Bootstrap)
• Experience building and maintaining developer experience (DX) tools to streamline workflows

• Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and performance optimisation techniques
