The professional works in a scrum team under the leadership of the Application Responsible. The team is responsible for the implementation of new solutions and enhancing the existing applications. In a pure DevOps methodology this SW Engineer needs to be proficient in developing new features.

Mandatory requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise level application development based on Java / Oracle / Linux tech stack
- Advance knowledge in Process Management workflow notation (BPMN) and Case management notation (CMN)
- Experience as Flowable developer or proven experience with other BPM products: Appian, Camunda...
- Very high interest in learning Flowable in a short period of time.
- Good understanding of software architecture, enterprise architecture and development processes.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Ajax, React and JavaScript.

About You

EL IMPACTO QUE GENERARÁS

Santander Digital Services está buscando un/a Senior Lead Software Engineer con base en Madrid (Edificio Luca de Tena) con al menos 7 años de experiencia en ejecución de proyectos tecnológicos.

En este puesto, tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:
- Elaborar, junto con el equipo, planes de trabajo detallados de los proyectos
- Colaborar en la implementación de los objetivos funcionales, técnicos, plan director, entregables/hitos.
- Seguimiento de la implementación de los entregables/hitos del proyecto end to end y comunicación de status.
- Gestión de riesgos que impacten o puedan impactar el éxito del proyecto: Identificación, documentación, comunicación y escalado cuando sea necesario.
- Gestión de interdependencias: Asegurar que todas las interdependencias están adecuadamente identificadas, y que todas las partes afectadas están informadas.
- Identificar las tareas, hitos y responsables de cada proyecto
- Buscar soluciones a los posibles conflictos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos previstos en plan
- Coordinar a los distintos Stakeholders involucrados en los proyectos, tanto a nivel corporativo como en las factorías y en las filiales
- Colaborar en la elaboración del reporte de status y grado de avance a la dirección de los proyectos y del Área

Experiencia profesional
- Al menos 7 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos (Obligatorio)
- Conocimiento en Java, Angular, SQL (Obligatorio).
- Experiencia previa en entorno tecnologico de Banco Santander (Deseable).

Educación
- Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o grados universitarios relacionados.
- Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en ámbitos tecnológicos.

Idiomas
- Nivel de inglés B2 o superior (deseable).

- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
- Enfoque a la solución, al desarrollo de productos y los resultados.
- Conocimiento de lenguajes de programación Angular y backend Java (Darwin).

- Conocimiento en DevOps tales como Jira, Jenkins, Git, Github.
- Experiencia trabajando con monitoreo de plataformas, planificación y plataformas de automatización de procesos, microservicios y metodologías Agile/Lean.
- Conocimientos técnicos-funcionales de productos y procesos de Ahorro e Inversión.
- Dominio de herramientas de productividad como Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Funciones

- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de IA Generativa (LLMs, RAG, agentes) y Machine Learning tradicional.
- Integrar herramientas de IA en sistemas empresariales existentes.
- Desarrollar pipelines full-stack con Angular/React y APIs REST (FastAPI).
