About This Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about the intersection of robust backend architecture and cutting-edge AI. You will build the digital infrastructure for modern engineering, designing scalable services and advanced AI agents. We value core engineering excellence (Clean Code, APIs, Databases) and a deep interest in modern AI patterns like RAG and Graph-based reasoning. Domain knowledge is a plus, but a strong engineering mindset is our priority.

• Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Develop and optimize agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Implement advanced RAG pipelines and integrate Knowledge Graphs for structured reasoning.
• Build reliable data processing pipelines to feed AI models and engineering analytics.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex technical requirements into elegant software.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through testing, CI/CD, and peer reviews.

• Strong foundation in Software Engineering (Architecture, Clean Code, Git).
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Vector Databases.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Knowledge Graphs (e.g., Neo4j, RDF, or semantic modeling).
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience or interest in the automotive domain (vehicle signals, test workflows) is a plus.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Docker and modern Cloud infrastructure (Azure/K8).
