About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Hike Photographer to capture the magic of our hiking experiences around Madrid. If you love the outdoors, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to tell stories through images, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs during hiking trips, highlighting landscapes, community spirit, and mindful moments.
• Document meditation sessions and group interactions authentically.
• Deliver edited photos promptly for use on social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with our team to create visual stories that reflect Zentir’s mission and values.
• Foster a sense of community and connection while interacting with participants.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outdoor photography (portfolio required).
• Excellent understanding of natural light, landscapes, and portrait photography.
• Ability to hike and carry photography equipment comfortably.
• Strong communication skills to engage with participants.
• Basic photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar).
• Knowledge of sustainable practices in outdoor activities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Compensation:

💰 Variable, based on the number of attendees per hike:

• More attendees = Higher earnings
• Additional bonuses for special events and large group hikes

🤝 Referral Fee:

• For each new client you bring to a hike, you will earn an extra referral fee.

Si eres creativo/a, perfeccionista, con atención al detalle y buen gusto, dominas la fotografía, el vídeo y la edición, y te apasiona el mundo de la joyería y relojería, ¡queremos conocerte!En Relojería Alemana trabajarás creando contenido visual de las marcas más prestigiosas del sector, participando en todo el proceso: desde la idea hasta la edición final.
Lo que harás

• Proponer y desarrollar ideas creativas para vídeos, reels y fotografías.
• Captar y editar contenido adaptado a cada plataforma (web, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) y marca, así como a nuestra identidad corporativa.
• Crear piezas gráficas sencillas.
• Reflejar la esencia de cada marca y de Relojería Alemana.
  

• Organización, eficiencia y rapidez.
• Capacidad de adaptación e improvisación y trabajo en equipo.
• Conocimientos sólidos en programas de fotografía, vídeo y edición (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom o similares).
• Gusto por aprender y seguir tendencias en redes sociales.
• Se valorará el conocimiento y uso de herramientas de IA aplicadas a la producción audiovisual (por ejemplo, SORA, Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, entre otras)
• La experiencia en joyería/relojería y conocimiento de inglés se apreciarán positivamente.
  

• Formar parte de un departamento en crecimiento en un grupo en expansión.
• Nuevos proyectos y apertura a ideas innovadoras en un buen ambiente laboral.
• Jornada de lunes a viernes, con viernes intensivo hasta las 14:00.
