Role Description
This is a full-time, with the option of part-time, on-site role located in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for planning and leading engaging guided tours while creating exceptional experiences for guests. You will share knowledge about history, culture, and landmarks, communicate effectively with visitors, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the tours. Additionally, you will assist guests with inquiries, adapt to their needs, and help promote additional services and experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting Guided Tours and sharing knowledge about historical and cultural landmarks.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to enhance guest experiences.
- Ability to engage and educate visitors about History, culture, and regional significance.
- Sales experience to promote additional services and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a strong asset.
- Keen attention to detail and adaptability to diverse group dynamics.

Descripción del Puesto
Este es un puesto a jornada completa, con opción a jornada parcial, y trabajo presencial ubicado en el Área Metropolitana de Barcelona. Como Guía Turístico/a, serás responsable de planificar y dirigir visitas guiadas atractivas mientras creas experiencias excepcionales para los huéspedes. Compartirás conocimientos sobre historia, cultura y lugares emblemáticos, comunicarás de manera eficaz con los visitantes y garantizarás un excelente servicio al cliente durante los recorridos. Además, ayudarás a los huéspedes con sus consultas, te adaptarás a sus necesidades y contribuirás a promover servicios y experiencias adicionales.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en la realización de visitas guiadas y en compartir conocimientos sobre lugares históricos y culturales.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y atención al cliente para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.
- Capacidad para involucrar y educar a los visitantes sobre la historia, la cultura y la relevancia regional.
- Experiencia en ventas para promover servicios adicionales y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Fluidez en varios idiomas es un valor añadido.
- Gran atención al detalle y adaptabilidad a dinámicas de grupo diversas.

Outsite is seeking a reliable, service-oriented Guest Support Agent to ensure smooth, seamless experiences for our global community of travelers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Reservations Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound guest inquiries related to reservations.
- Assist in managing calendar availability, scheduling logistics, and booking updates.
- Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns before, during, and after their stay.
- Provide support across all aspects of reservations and guest services.
- Triage guest issues with urgency, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Maintain daily task priorities while ensuring consistent and timely responses.
- Communicate important reservation information to guests and local community managers.
- Upsell premium offerings such as room upgrades, packages, and add-on rentals when appropriate.
Who You Are
- Available to work a fixed schedule within the Central European Time zone, starting at 7:00 AM, or Eastern European Time zone, starting at 8:00 AM, with a consistent shift pattern whose assigned work days rotate every 4 weeks. Days off rotate accordingly, and the schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.
