¿Qué harás?- Gestión de contratos, altas, bajas y modificaciones ante la Seguridad Social.
- Gestión de incidencias laborales y apoyo documental para el área de nóminas.
- Apoyo en procesos de selección y gestión de plataformas de empleo (publicación de ofertas, cribado curricular, contacto con candidatos/as).
- Coordinación y seguimiento de tareas relacionadas con la gestión del personal: control de vacaciones, seguimiento de ausencias, comunicación interna, etc.
- Asesoramiento en materia de relaciones laborales y normativa vigente.
- Interlocución con organismos públicos y colaboración en la resolución de conflictos laborales.
✔ Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o similar

RESPONSABLE DE MARKETING Y REDES SOCIALES
Estamos buscando una persona que se encargue de desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas en redes sociales que destaquen la experiencia tecnológica, liderazgo en el sector y casos de éxito de nuestra startup. Creará contenido atractivo y relevante para responsables de la toma de decisiones en el ámbito de la transformación digital, fortaleciendo así nuestra presencia de marca en múltiples plataformas.
LAS FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES A DESEMPEÑAR SON:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias integrales en redes sociales alineadas con nuestros objetivos comerciales y dirigidas a líderes tecnológicos, responsables de TI y ejecutivos empresariales.
- Crear y curar contenido de alta calidad (publicaciones, artículos, vídeos, infografías) que resalte nuestros servicios de transformación digital, capacidades en desarrollo de software y casos de éxito de clientes.
- Gestionar y hacer crecer nuestra presencia en LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram y otras plataformas emergentes relevantes para el marketing tecnológico B2B.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias de transformación digital, tecnologías emergentes y noticias del sector para crear contenido oportuno y relevante.
- Colaborar con los equipos de ventas, desarrollo y gestión de proyectos para traducir logros técnicos y éxitos de proyectos en narrativas atractivas para redes sociales.
- Analizar métricas de rendimiento en redes sociales y ajustar las estrategias para optimizar la interacción, el alcance y la generación de leads.
- Coordinar campañas en redes sociales relacionadas con lanzamientos de productos, eventos, webinars e iniciativas de liderazgo de pensamiento.
- Supervisar e interactuar con seguidores, conversaciones del sector y actividades de la competencia.
- Trabajar con el equipo de diseño para asegurar coherencia visual y cumplimiento de marca en todo el contenido de redes sociales.
REQUISITOS:
- Grado en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas o equivalente.
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en marketing en redes sociales, preferentemente en entornos B2B tecnológicos, SaaS o consultoría IT.
- Éxito demostrado en el aumento de la visibilidad de marca y la interacción a través de campañas en redes sociales.
- Sólido conocimiento de conceptos de transformación digital, ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software y tendencias tecnológicas empresariales.
- Excelentes habilidades de redacción, con capacidad para traducir conceptos técnicos complejos en contenido atractivo y accesible.
- Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de redes sociales (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Dominio de analítica en redes sociales y capacidad para extraer información útil a partir de los datos.
- Conocimientos básicos de diseño gráfico y familiaridad con herramientas de creación de contenido visual.
- Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para alinear las iniciativas en redes sociales con los objetivos del negocio.
SE VALORARÁ:
- Experiencia en marketing dirigido a altos ejecutivos (C-level) y responsables de TI.
- Conocimientos de software empresarial, computación en la nube, inteligencia artificial/aprendizaje automático, DevOps u otras tecnologías relevantes.
- Experiencia en creación y edición de contenido en vídeo.
- Familiaridad con principios SEO aplicados a redes sociales.

Las funciones serán:

¿Qué requisitos técnicos son necesarios?
Conocimientos básicos de seguridad de redes, seguridad de aplicaciones, computación en la nube, infraestructura, seguridad de puntos finales y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
Conocimientos generales de tecnologías de seguridad informática (como WAF, SIEM, AV, DLP, EDR, filtrado de contenidos web, etc.).
Experiencia trabajando en equipo con un SOC
Se valorarán positivamente las certificaciones en ciberseguridad.

This role sits in the communications team reporting to the director of communications.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
What your day will look like
- Develop a communications strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on excellent planning and timely delivery
- Deliver regular analysis and reporting on various communications channels, content performance and campaigns results
- Support the growth and nurturing of Canonical's digital audiences, while increasing engagement rates and valuable actions
- Develop flair with copywriting and asset creation to create messaging that aligns with the brand and its personality, and drives audiences towards action
- Be responsible for executing A/B and multivariate growth tests
- Be audience centric, focusing on platform and community moderation, as well as direct audience engagement
- Create awareness on integrated campaigns, product launches, webinar series, industry announcements and core content
- Package all of Canonical's product offerings and educational materials creatively, from bare metal, AI, Kubernetes to chats on diversity and CSR
- Understanding of best practices for communications in tech
- Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools like Sprout Social, an understanding of web analytics tools (social and web like Google Analytics) is a plus
- Proficiency with at least four social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Meta, Instagram and Reddit
- An analytical eye and a good sense for the type of content that performs best depending on platform and objective
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong content marketer
- Proven ability to prioritise and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Affinity for planning is a must, experience with project management tools like Jira is an advantage
- Interest in video and production, with some projects or strong thoughts on the use of video in social media
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal or external events

En Caldererías Indálicas, empresa líder en el sector industrial del metal, queremos sumar a nuestro equipo en Carboneras (Almería) un/a Técnico/a de Nóminas y Seguridad Social que aporte precisión, conocimiento técnico y orientación al detalle en la gestión laboral de nuestros proyectos.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionarás el proceso completo de nóminas, incluyendo cálculo, revisión y emisión mensual.
- Realizarás trámites con la Seguridad Social: altas, bajas, IT, maternidad/paternidad, jubilaciones parciales, etc.
- Aplicarás convenios colectivos del sector del metal y construcción, asegurando su cumplimiento actualizado.
- Colaborarás con dirección y producción en la correcta gestión de personal en sede y obras desplazadas.
- Generarás documentación para inspecciones, auditorías, SEPE y certificados laborales.
- Formación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo, ADE, Derecho o similar.
- Formación adicional en gestión de nóminas, contratación laboral y Seguridad Social.
- 3 a 4 años de experiencia en departamentos laborales de empresa o asesoría, idealmente en el sector industrial.
- Manejo fluido de plataformas como RED, SILTRA, SEPE y software de nóminas.
- Conocimiento práctico del sistema de cotización, IRPF, bonificaciones, IT, absentismo y convenios sectoriales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, rigurosa y confidencial, con visión global del entorno laboral.
