Main Responsibilities

• Establish technical designs to meet Sanofi requirements aligned with the architectural and Data standards
• Ownership of the entire back end of the application, including the design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of the core application logic, databases, data ingestion and transformation, data processing and orchestration of pipelines, APIs, CI/CD integration and other processes

About You

• Experience developing backend, integration, data pipelining, and infrastructure with relevant technologies and tools (Snowflake, AWS, Spark, Informatica/IICS or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative field of study
• Expertise in database optimization and performance improvement
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, and Snowpark
• Experience data warehouse and object-relational database (Snowflake and PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries
• Experience in cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, AWS)
• Proficiency in developing robust, reliable APIs using Python and FastAPI Framework
• Experience with job scheduling and orchestration (Airflow is a plus)
• Expert in ELT and ETL & Experience working with large data sets and performance and query optimization.

Estamos buscando un/a Influencer Marketing Intern que tome ownership total del sistema y nos ayude a convertir Spark Ads en un verdadero motor de crecimiento y amplificación cultural —no un simple extra de performance.

Tu rol: Spark Ads como sistema, no como campañas.

Serás el responsable directo de que Spark Ads funcione como un loop always-on que amplifica el mejor contenido, genera resultados reales y se integra perfectamente con Paid Media.

🎯 Responsabilidades:

• Diseñar y operar un sistema de Spark Ads always-on (no campañas sueltas).
• Seleccionar estratégicamente contenido con potencial de amplificación.
• Testear formatos, hooks y narrativas que generen CTR, retención y conversión.
• Definir, junto con Paid Media, la arquitectura y split de presupuesto para Spark.
• Diseñar procesos que garanticen:
• Derechos de uso 100 % gestionados.
• Tracking y asset management impecables.
• Planes de amplificación definidos desde el inicio.
• Generar benchmarks y aprendizajes accionables: ¿qué creadores escalan mejor? ¿qué formatos impactan más?
• Gestionar la relación con reps de Meta/TikTok para acceso a betas y mejores prácticas.
  
  
  

Lo que buscamos en ti:

• Experiencia directa gestionando campañas de Spark Ads en TikTok (más allá de “haber estado en el equipo”).
• Dominio del TikTok Ads Manager.
• Know-how en creator marketing con enfoque en performance.
• Capacidad de análisis más allá del ROAS tradicional (uplift de marca, branded search, etc.).
• Mentalidad estratégica, criterio visual, sensibilidad cultural.
