Responsabilidades
- Ejecución de las tareas preventivas y correctivas planificadas conforme al Plan de Mantenimiento y asegurando la correcta utilización de la documentación industrial existente.
- Resolución de incidencias detectadas en el trascurso del mantenimiento de los vehículos ferroviarios.
- Cumplimentación de los registros necesarios para evidenciar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo y campañas realizadas según el procedimiento de la empresa.
- Reparación de averías y revisión y puesta a punto de las unidades.
- Realización de protocolos, pruebas en componentes electromecánicos.
- Análisis y diagnóstico de averías.
- Manutención del orden y de la limpieza adecuado en el puesto de trabajo.
- Solicitud y recogida en el almacén del material necesario para las operaciones de mantenimiento, cumpliendo los procedimientos definidos.
- Realización de una correcta utilización de la maquinaria individual y colectiva, así como los equipos de las instalaciones del taller (como cestas elevadoras, líneas de via y carretillas).
- Realización de protocolos y/o pruebas en componentes electromecánicos.
- Colaboración en la ejecución de campañas de modificación y seguimientos en el material rodante del taller.
- Colaboración en la mejora continua.
- Notificación a su superior jerárquico(a) de incidencias/casi-accidentes que afecten a la Seguridad Ferroviaria.
- Cumplimiento de las Normativas de Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Seguridad y Salud Laboral.
Obligatoria:
- Formación Superior de Grado Medio o Módulo Superior Equivalente en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica, automoción/vehículos propulsados o similar
- Escuela Secundaria Obligatoria, si con una experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto similar en mantenimiento ferroviario
- Idiomas: Castellano fluido
- Formación Profesional de Grado Medio en Mantenimiento de Material Rodante Ferroviario
- Conocimientos técnicos de normativas ferroviarias
- Certificación para el manejo de plataformas elevadoras
- Certificación para el trabajo en altura
- Certificación para el manejo de puentes-grúa

The Role:
We are hiring an International Agent to join our busy and fast-growing Operations and Customer services team based in Coslada, Madrid.
You will be the primary contact for clients and agents based in Middle East and Africa, as well as for the whole network of World Courier offices for shipments within these regions.
You will have the responsibility to book shipments and ensure that everything is done in a quality and timely manner so that shipments are delivered on time and in perfect conditions.
Location: Coslada, Madrid.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
- Flexibility to cover one Sunday every 6-8 weeks, plus public holiday cover (paid as an overtime and receive an extra lieu day)
- Until the completion of the training period, you'll work all 5 days from the office. Thereafter, you can work 2 days from home (Hybrid)
- Handle enquiries from clients, agents and World Courier offices via phone and email in English and French
- Receive bookings via email and update World Courier’s internal tracking system.
- Provide quotations via email.
- Monitor and track ongoing shipments, reacting to any deviation from the plan.
- Keep clients and World Courier offices updated to the status of their shipment, especially regarding delays.
- Action all notes sent in World Courier’s internal tracking system.
- Advise clear pick up/special delivery/temperature control handling instructions to an agent or destination office on how a shipment should be managed.
- Communicate any temperature results as soon as possible after delivery, checking and noting any deviations.
- Build and maintain relationships with World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents and suppliers.
- Ensure internal systems are kept updated when new jobs are raised in the system.

- Identifying and troubleshooting software issues
- Providing feedback on PRs
- Competent, quick learner, works on coding pieces with proper supervision
- Participates in code reviews, testing software systems, clear understanding of best practices (Clean code, Solid Principles) for writing code.
- Able to design software to solve a specific problem.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with C#, .Net Core, REST APIs.
- Microservices, Event Sourcing experience highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Fluency in English
