Are you passionate about Human Resources and interested in the financial industry? Then our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for Recruiting and Sourcing, wants to hear from you!
We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department for a 6-months part-time internship, where you can put into practice everything you are learning in your degree or master.
You will be providing hands-on support to help drive our international Talent Acquisition, working closely with our internal and external partners, such as universities and collaborating in our recruiting processes.
What You Will Do
- Assist in Talent Acquisition processes and support ongoing recruitment projects
- Collaborate across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support to the TA team
- Help maintain recruitment data and documentation in internal systems
- Participate in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
What You Bring
- be pursuing a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, communications or a master's degree in HR
- first experience in Recruiting or HR will be valuable
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very good time management, communication and organization skills
- proactive and creative mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- fluent verbal and written Spanish and English. German would be a plus
