Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition within complex, matrixed, and international environments. Insurance and Financial Services Industry experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, consulting senior stakeholders, and influencing talent decisions.
• Strong expertise in proactive sourcing using modern tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse market data, trends, and talent insights to shape hiring strategies.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey Munich Re’s story in a compelling, inclusive, and engaging way.
• High cultural agility and experience working across multiple geographies.
• Experience in global or regional project leadership.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms.
• Exposure to employer branding or candidate-experience initiatives.
• Insights into DEI best practices for recruitment.
• Effective communicator in English, with the ability to adapt tone, content, and delivery for diverse and cross-cultural audiences. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Italian is strongly preferred

IDEA es una ingeniería multidisciplinar, con más de 250 profesionales y gran presencia a nivel nacional e internacional. Llevamos a cabo proyectos punteros en más de 26 países consolidándonos como uno de los principales referentes en los sectores Oil&Gas, Industrial y Energético.

Ofrecemos una amplia gama de servicios, desde proyectos de Ingeniería de detalle y EPC, pasando por nuestras áreas de distribución de Redes Eléctricas y servicios de Outsourcing, hasta llegar a nuestros servicios de Arquitectura o nuestros Gemelos Digitales del área de Transformación Digital.

Desde nuestro equipo de Reclutamiento & Outsourcing, ayudamos a grandes empresas (En su mayoría pertenecientes al IBEX 35) a encontrar el mejor talento para sus proyectos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a INGENIERO/A TOPÓGRAFO/A para incorporarse en una importante empresa del sector del Oil&Gas.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

• Asegurar de que toda la información técnica en la última revisión se distribuya al contratista de EPC.
• Asesoramiento sobre cualquier problema técnico que el contratista de EPC pueda cuestionar.
• Responsable del cumplimiento de todos los requisitos técnicos y especificaciones de construcción.
• Responsable de la oficina técnica de obra.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Título de Ingeniero Topográfico / Civil.
• 6 años mínimo de experiencia en Proyectos de Plantas de Almacenamiento de Combustibles.
• 6 años mínimos de experiencia en levantamientos topográficos, diseño de planos y supervisión de obras.
• 6 años mínimo de experiencia en ejecución de Proyectos EPC.
• Experiencia específica en Obras de Construcción, siendo recomendable experiencia en instalaciones aeroportuarias

La misión principal de un Intern en Europastry es apoyar en diversas tareas y proyectos, adquiriendo experiencia práctica en un entorno profesional mientras contribuye al logro de los objetivos de la compañía. El estudiante tendrá la oportunidad de aprender de profesionales experimentados, desarrollar habilidades relevantes para su carrera y aportar nuevas ideas y perspectivas frescas.

¿Cómo sería tu día a día?

• Atención y venta telefónica a clientes: gestión de pedidos y resolución de incidencias de producto y servicio.
• Gestión de llamadas entrantes y salientes, garantizando los estándares de calidad establecidos.
• Tramitación de pedidos y actualización de la base de datos de clientes.
• Seguimiento y resolución de incidencias, así como reclamación de impagados.
• Coordinación con el equipo de ventas externas para oportunidades comerciales.
• Gestión y actualización de precios.
  
  

Que buscamos en un/a Baker

• Estudiante en Administracion y Dirección de Empresas y/o similares.
• Tener posibilidad de realizar un convenio de prácticas con el centro educativo.
• Idiomas: Español: Nativo. | Inglés: nivel B2.
• Habilidades: Trabajo en equipo, iniciativa, creatividad, orientación al cliente, organización y planificación, comunicación y negociación y orientación a resultados.
