We're seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the evolution of our cutting-edge unified platform. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with experienced Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand market needs, define product requirements, and help bring innovative solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product and driving its success in the global market.
Responsibilities:
- Market and User Research: Assist in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and gathering user feedback to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Product Planning and Strategy: Support the Product Management team in defining the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization of features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Product Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and internal training materials.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products and activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
- Product Evangelism: Support the communication of product value propositions and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role in the software industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- An understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
