Location: Barcelona (Hybrid/Remote flexibility possible)
Commitment: Part-time or Full-time | Internship (Unpaid until end of 2025, potential paid role in 2026)
About Us
- Casa Très is a fast-growing international events company founded in May 2025. In just four months, we have hosted world-class events across Monaco, Singapore, Paris, Bodrum, Mykonos, and Ibiza, while building a second vertical specializing in corporate events in Barcelona.
- We are a passionate team of five on a mission to revolutionize the events industry with a full 360° solution. We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our founder and support our continued growth.
The Role
- As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and enabling the team to focus on innovation and growth. Your responsibilities will span both administrative tasks and support for key event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Invoice Management: Track, process, and follow up on payments.
- Inbox Management: Organize and respond to key communications.
- Corporate Event Support: Assist with outreach, discovery calls, and email communications for new leads.
- Contract Support: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- General Administration: Maintain organized and efficient internal systems.
About You
- We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and can help bring structure and clarity to a growing company.
- Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and professional email communication.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Able to work effectively in high-pressure environments with a solutions-oriented approach.
