About The Position
Effortless Travel Solution is looking for a Travel Experience Specialist (Luxury & Leisure) to support clients in planning and managing exceptional travel experiences. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality service, personalized support, and smooth coordination for clients before, during, and after their trips.
You will work closely with clients to ensure their travel needs are handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence—while working from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
Provide responsive and professional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging
Assist clients with leisure and luxury travel reservations, itinerary updates, and special accommodations
Communicate Essential Travel Details, Documentation Requirements, And Agency Guidelines
Monitor bookings to ensure accuracy and follow up to confirm client satisfaction
Resolve client questions or concerns with care and a solutions-focused mindset
Maintain organized records and update internal systems as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools, booking platforms, and communication software
- Passion for travel and creating positive client experiences
- Fully remote position (work from anywhere within approved locations)

TareasBuscamos incorporar un/a Digital Product and Solutions Manager, cuya misión será dirigir y evolucionar el ecosistema digital del RCD Espanyol garantizando que cada canal contribuya al crecimiento del negocio, la mejora de la experiencia del fan y el avance del plan de transformación digital del club.Actuará como product owner transversal, definiendo roadmaps, coordinando proveedores, impulsando integraciones y asegurando el correcto funcionamiento operativo de los activos digitales.ResponsabilidadesDefinir la visión y el roadmap de los canales digitales (web, app, OTT, ticketing y ecommerce), priorizando funcionalidades alineadas con negocio y experiencia del fan.Liderar la relación con proveedores estratégicos, asegurando cumplimiento de SLAs, control presupuestario y correcta gestión de evolutivos y mantenimientos.Actuar como product owner del CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), coordinando su operativa con Marketing y Comunicación y supervisando segmentaciones y campañas.Impulsar la activación y explotación de datos del Datalake para mejorar personalización, rendimiento de campañas y toma de decisiones.Supervisar el rendimiento de los canales digitales mediante herramientas analíticas (GA4, Clarity, Looker), definiendo KPIs y seguimiento de resultados.Garantizar la calidad, estabilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los activos digitales, validando despliegues, testing e incidencias.Optimizar la experiencia de usuario y la monetización digital, impulsando mejoras de conversión, integraciones clave y crecimiento de ingresos.RequisitosMuy valorable: Conocimientos del sector (deporte profesional en general), retail o gran consumo.Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Marketing Digital o Business.Experiencia previa de 5 años en posiciones similares (Product Manager Digital, Digital Manager, Ecommerce Manager, CRM Manager o responsable de canales digitales).
Experiencia en roadmaps de producto, gestión de proveedores tecnológicos y ecosistemas digitales complejos (web + app + CRM + ticketing + pagos).
