Job Description

Are you a recent graduate or early in career with a passion for sales and customer engagement? Genesys is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Response Representative (DRR). In this role, you will help identify and qualify new sales opportunities, focusing on warm leads and collaborating with our Sales team to build a consistent pipeline that drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound (warm) leads: Evaluate customer interest generated through a variety of channels. Follow-up within required timeframes, ensuring a prompt and effective qualification process. Move prospective customers through the sales funnel.
• Prospect & identify opportunities: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.
• Nurture relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions.
• Conduct high-level product demonstrations: showcase Genesys products and capabilities.
• Achieve targets: Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining strong follow-up practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational background: A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. English fluency, we are also looking for 1 person fluent in German and 1 fluent in French.
• Tech savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Team player: Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within sales and marketing.
• Growth mindset: A desire to continuously learn and improve, both personally and professionally.

**Alcance detallado del trabajo:** La empresa necesita un candidato con experiencia para:

**Requisitos:**

- Más de 3 años de experiencia probable en TI.
- Habilidades de ingeniería en Genesys Cloud.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener integraciones y soluciones en Genesys Cloud utilizando la suite de tecnologías de Genesys es imprescindible.
- Configurar y optimizar los flujos de interacción utilizando Genesys Cloud Architect (IVR, ACD, colas, bots, omnicanalidad, devoluciones de llamadas).
- Desarrollar integraciones con sistemas externos utilizando la API y los servicios de webhook de Genesys Cloud Platform.
- Implementar bots y automatización con Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows y conectarse con bots de terceros mediante Bot Connector.
- Configurar y personalizar Genesys Cloud CX Routing (colas, habilidades, horarios, reglas de enrutamiento).
- Buen conocimiento del enrutamiento de llamadas desde la red del operador a la red local mediante troncal SIP.
- Brindar soporte de nivel 2/3 para incidentes técnicos y solicitudes de servicio.
- Valorable conocimiento de IP PBX.
- Conocimiento de Jira y herramientas Atlassian.
- Persona entusiasta y dinámica, con un fuerte impulso para crear un ambiente de trabajo positivo.

**Educación:**
