Conocimientos y facilidad en el asesoramiento a clientes, y capacidad para dar respuestas a sus necesidades.
Disponibilidad de horarios, incluyendo fines sábados.
Funciones:
Realizar tratamientos faciales y corporales, siguiendo los protocolos de INOUT.
Diagnosticar y valorar al paciente, tanto a nivel de tratamientos como de producto.
Asesoramiento al cliente en productos y tratamientos.
Mantener limpia y ordenada la cabina, y los espacios comunes.
Mantenimiento y cuidado de la aparatología.

Role Description
This is role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work with one of our clients, will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, and handling administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding English skills, hands-on experience with accounting tools (especially Holded), and a solid background in office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director and leadership team in Barcelona & Gemany.
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and daily office operations
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications in English
- Oversee accounting tasks: invoicing, expense tracking, bookkeeping, and financial reporting using Holded and other accounting tools
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and facility management
- Assist with event planning, internal communications, and project coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written & spoken), with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar administrative role

Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-Track Clinical Professor/Clinical Associate Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 532450), to commence as soon as possible on a four-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and consideration for tenure before the expiry of a second four-year fixed-term contract.
The Faculty of Dentistry is the only dental school in Hong Kong and the only one in Greater China that uses English as the medium of instruction. The high quality of the Faculty’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, research excellence and clinical/professional services have attained global recognition, as evidenced by the Faculty’s global rankings among the top three by the QS World University Rankings by Subject for nine out of the past eleven years (2015-2025). The Faculty’s strategic research themes include Clinical Artificial Intelligence, Craniofacial Regeneration, Microbiome Innovation, Oral Cancer, and Population Oral Health. The Faculty also plays an important role in public and professional education through its knowledge exchange (KE) activities as well as in oral health research and promotions in international, regional and local communities.
For appointment as Clinical Professor, applicants should possess a dental or medical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, clinical specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology or equivalent status, and a Ph.D. degree or equivalent. They should also have: (i) outstanding research and scholarly achievements which are internationally recognised; (ii) demonstrated leadership in teaching and learning; (iii) distinguished clinical expertise and excellence; (iv) leadership in Faculty and University affairs; (v) leadership in own clinical specialty; and (vi) leadership in knowledge exchange (KE) activities of international recognition.
For appointment as Clinical Associate Professor, applicants should possess a dental or medical Bachelor's degree or equivalent, clinical specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology or equivalent status, and a Ph.D. degree or equivalent. They should also have: (i) proven ability to produce quality research, publications in high quality international journals, and evidence of local and regional recognition for scholarship and professional expertise; (ii) demonstrated ability in undergraduate and postgraduate education, clinical practice and research; (iii) demonstrated clinical expertise; (iv) demonstrated participation in Faculty and University affairs; and (v) demonstrated ability in KE activities, and leadership in professional education programmes or community engagement.
Possession of good administrative and academic leadership skills will be an advantage. Interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and big data applications in dentistry is a great merit. The appointee will be responsible for clinical training of dental undergraduates, teaching taught postgraduates, supervision of research postgraduates, provision of consultative service, and conducting research in oral and maxillofacial radiology.

As a Quality Engineer on our platform team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing testing strategies by developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure the functionality, performance, security, and scalability of our platform.
- Managing defects by identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking issues while working collaboratively with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
