Position: Head of Getting Marketing Shit Done (aka Head of Growth)

We don’t need someone to “manage” marketing. We want someone who gets marketing shit done.

Someone who moves fast, experiments constantly, and doesn’t wait for permission.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a co-founder — take ownership, make moves, and lead experiments.
• Build and scale Llama’s growth engine across paid, organic, social, partnerships, and the crazy ideas that just might work.
• Break things, learn, repeat — 9 out of 10 experiments will fail, and that’s the point.
• Talk to users, analyze data, and find creative shortcuts to drive acquisition and retention.
• Help build a category-defining brand that people love (and energy companies hate).
