We’re looking for an organized, sharp, and outgoing Executive Assistant to join our founder on his international journey. From conferences in New York to meetings in Dubai – with Mallorca as your home base – this role combines high-level business with a great lifestyle.

What you’ll do:

• Be the founder’s right hand on global business trips & conferences

• Plan, organize, and coordinate travel, meetings, and events

• Act as the link between partners, team, and founder

• Prepare & follow up meetings, manage schedules and keep priorities straight

• Take ownership: this is not just assistance, it’s part of the leadership team

What you bring:

• Outstanding organizational skills & quick thinking

• Confident personality – you know how to handle people and situations

• Friendly, open, communicative – and not afraid to speak up 😉

• Flexibility and a love for travel & new cultures

• Excellent English (additional languages are a big plus)

• Digital native – you know your way around tools, apps & workflows
