Sales Manager Profile: 90% Hunter, 10% Farmer
- Take ownership in acquiring new enterprise clients and signing SaaS service agreements.
- Prior experience selling SaaS services required.
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
- Target companies: €300M+ turnover, 100+ SKUs (FMCG, Pharma, Electronics).
- Build relationships with key contacts—Marketing and Quality Directors.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; navigate change management and overcome resistance.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies appreciated.
- Ready to report directly to the CEO.
- Startup spirit—work alongside reference clients: DAMM, Central Lechera Asturiana, Florette, Pascual, Bluesun, Europastry, Chupa-Chups.
- The client base is concentrated in Spain, but immediate expansion is In progress across Europe and the Americas.
- The position is based in Barcelona, with no remote option considered. Candidates should be able to work onsite with our core team and visit our current clients.
