Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our Brand Activation team based in Madrid. As Brand Activation Content Intern, you will have the strategic oversight of the creation and execution of brand experiences such as HORECA activations, music festivals activations, owned and third-party events, and motorsport events. As content creators our aim is to bring the brand to life closer to our consumers. You will be giving support in:
- Offline and online content creation and deployment for HORECA and Events: visibility materials development, ensuring local adaptations are aligned with global Brand guidelines, and consumer journeys creation including messaging, engagement mechanics and raffles.

You will be part of the Consumer Experience Team in Philip Morris Spain.
We are looking for someone that help us excel in the Consumer Experience our IQOS users have in Spain. You will be part of the Conversion & Abandonment pillar, supporting the retention programs by detecting improvement opportunities, defining strategy and solutions, and implementing them end to end. You will make and see your ideas materialize and become reality for all IQOS users in Spain, and you will help us retain our users, ensure a great experience with IQOS at the very early stages to minimize abandonment.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of the strategies on consumer experience programs both for Mainland and Canary Islands markets. Key role on users retention and superior consumer experience.
- Data Analysis: Using data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion and abandonment and in collaboration with Data team identify trends and insights to translate them into corrective actions to improve the experience in the specific programs addressing specific gaps and opportunities.
- Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, EA guidelines and PMI procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as customer care, brand marketing, commercial ops, portfolio and IT to ensure a cohesive, integrated and positive consumer experience in the retention programs.
- Improve processes mechanics according to feedbacks from field and data insights
You have:
- A recent degree in marketing, business management, or similar
- Working fluency in English (B2 level and above)
- Excel and Power BI Experience is a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Purpose of the job:
Cover the complete flow P2P (Purchase to Payment) related to Commercial activities for Spain Mainland.
Ensure the optimal management of the Account Payables of the Company. By coordinating and giving support to both the RO (Retained Organization) group in Krakow and to the local Users.
Manage the status of all the commitments placed under the Purchase Orders of all the Company to ensure efficiency of the budget by releasing the positions which are not being used and can be reinvested in other initiatives that might be identified.
Accountabilities-Functions
- To place, upon request coming from internal Requesters (CCO -Spain Mainland), the Purchase Orders (related to Direct and Indirect Expenses) . Perform the Good Receipts ensuring there is a PoP / Confirmation from original requester in time. Process in SAP all the invoices related these PO which are previously posted by AP Team
- Ensure the accuracy and updated balance of the Accounts Payable of the Company. (That implies a close follow up to the performance of both the Accounts Payable Team in Krakow- IBM as well as the local approvers and Budget owners in the Affiliate)
- Carry out a continuous review of the open positions in the POs. Identifying committed amounts which not being used to facilitate the reinvestment.
- Support Company Users with the workflows received on invoices in order to codify and release the invoices to be paid to vendors.
- Provide with accuracy information to suppliers when claiming explanation and action over their open balances (overdues). Perform reconciliation of vendors accounts especially the ones under Direct Debit payment terms.
- Liase with Vendor Data Integrity Team, Treasury and Local Tax areas when some action related vendor data is needed to be performed to solve the issue.
- Education: Administrative-Accounting & Finance Degree
- Work Experience: Previous and solid experience in Finance Dept. in others Multinational (preferable in Account Payable area)- Experience with SSC
- Other Skills/Function Specifics: Advance user in SAP for multinational environment FI Accounting y SAP Management Accounting.
- Office Package (High knowledge in Excel)
- Advance level in English (C1)

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be part of the Consumer Experience Team in Philip Morris Spain.
We are looking for someone that help us excel in the Consumer Experience our IQOS users have in Spain. You will be part of the Bond & Advocacy pillar, supporting the IQOS Club program by detecting improvement opportunities, ensuring flawless execution of the operative and having a direct impact on IQOS Club users. You will make and see your actions materialize and become reality for all IQOS users in Spain, and you will help us foster the loyalty of our users to grow the category within the market and reduce the abandonment.
Responsibilities
- Arrange, organice and upload all content and experinces in IQOS Club platform to make them available for the users with the best consumer experience and UX.
- Manage incidences with IQOS Club users and the solution of them through the different stakeholders in contact with the infrastructure or the consumer.
- Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, EA guidelines and PMI procedures.
- Support the loyalty and advocacy manager in the deployment of the strategy for IQOS Club and Referral program.

- Data Analysis: Using data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IQOS Club and its operative performance. Leverage on this information to propose improvements and ensure best in class execution of all the initiatives.
- Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, EA guidelines and PMI procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as brand marketing, commercial ops, portfolio, IT and customare care to ensure a cohesive, integrated and positive consumer experience in the loyalty program. Also, work with our local agencies to coordinate them and achieve the desired results.
