POSITION SUMMARY:
Our national and international finance team is growing, and we're seeking a Junior Finance & Administration Specialist. This entry-level role reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager & Senior Controller, and will be crucial in supporting our daily financial and administrative operations. We're looking for a passionate candidate eager to learn and grow within our international restaurant group

(Hybrid work model – flexible hours + smart working)
Reports to: Senior Finance Manager & Senior Controller
Experience Level: 0–2 years
Languages: English required; Italian or French is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Invoicing Process:
- Issue and process incoming and outgoing supplier invoices.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely recording
- Support vendor management and liaise with suppliers as needed
Payments & Cash Flow:
- Assist in the preparation and control of payments
- Support weekly and monthly cash flow tracking and forecasting
Accounting & Reconciliations:
- Perform account reconciliations and support general ledger reviews
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide administrative support related to the business
- Help maintain organized digital records and files
Business Operations Support:
- Contribute to ad hoc finance-related projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and other departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good level of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian or french is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
