Due to our continued growth, we are opening a position for a Support Operations Specialist to help manage daily operations. This is an on-site position based in our office in Estepona, Andalusia, Spain.

In addition, PortalPRO supports insurance companies with an AI-powered tool that speeds up claims assessment and provides accurate repair evaluations, helping close claims faster and more reliably.

About the role: As a Support Operations Specialist, you will help coordinate daily tasks between clients, partners, and teams to keep things running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Control appointments with clients and partners
- Simplify the onboarding process for new partners by providing administrative assistance
- Maintain accurate records following company policies
- Coordinate with other teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth processes
- Provide daily administrative support to improve internal processes
- Use Artificial Intelligence to streamline processes for business growth
What you bring to the team:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate understanding of construction and repair work
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Lithuanian would be considered a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
