• Year 1: Building Your Foundation

You will develop an insider’s understanding of a leading Chemicals & Life Ingredients distributor and build the foundation to fast-track your career from day one

• Year 2: Strengthening Your Commercial Skills

You will master the art of selling, from market insights, product knowledge to negotiation, and learn how to turn opportunities into sustainable growth

• Year 3: Developing Your Leadership Skills

You will develop the mindset and capabilities to lead projects, influence decisions, and prepare for your next step as a future commercial leader

Graduating final-year students and recent graduates:

• In Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Industrial engineering, or related fields


• Fluent in Spanish and English
