Executive Assistant – Marbella

Looking for a role that blends C-Suite support and real life? We’re searching for an Executive Assistant to provide support to a leading a fast-growing tech business from their base in Marbella.

This isn’t just diary management. You’ll be a trusted partner in both business and personal life — helping the executive stay ahead of global schedules, travel, meetings, and projects, while also managing personal appointments, events, and day-to-day commitments.

You’ll be great at:

• Running complex diaries and inboxes like a pro.
• Coordinating international travel and logistics.
• Preparing agendas, briefings, and reports.
• Handling personal matters with absolute discretion.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven EA experience at C-Suite level (ideally with a CEO/Founder).
• Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and tech-savvy.
• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).

We are currently searching for an experienced Captain and their Chief Stew/Head Chef partner to join on board this fantastic 38m Charter yacht.
