Your role

Apoyo en proyectos durante el ciclo de vida de un producto determinado, por ejemplo, lanzamientos de productos, cambios, transferencias, podas o desinversiones, asegurando la coordinación entre las funciones globales y locales, participando o liderando equipos multifuncionales, para garantizar la realización óptima de las estrategias de producto.

Principales responsabilidades:

Participar en equipos de proyectos multifuncionales para garantizar la coordinación de todas las actividades del ciclo de vida del producto.

Impulsar la evaluación y definir el alcance y los objetivos de los proyectos (para clientes nuevos y existentes), así como apoyar la preparación de casos de negocio y cotizaciones, incluida la evaluación financiera, en estrecha colaboración con el área de Gestión de Proyectos y Programas.

Definir y establecer la estrategia de Master Data durante la fase de inicio.

Alinear el nivel de inventario y el stock puente cuando sea necesario (lanzamientos, desinversiones...)

Garantice la integridad de los datos y la elaboración de informes mensuales precisos para cada proyecto.

Comunicar el progreso y las desviaciones del proyecto. Garantice el flujo de información a los clientes y los sitios.

Your profile

Backgroud:

Inglés hablado avanzado e inglés escrito de nivel avanzado.

Buena comprensión de los procesos de la cadena de suministro de la industria farmacéutica o alimentaria.

Experiencia intercultural y capacidad para actuar en un entorno empresarial complejo y en rápida evolución. Habilidades de comunicación y negociación interpersonal, habilidades analíticas y habilidades creativas de resolución de problemas.
