We are  looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Getafe

Your tasks will be:

·       Plan, organize and coordinate all work in the projects to ensure the project timelines and quality of deliverables according to the process defined in the company and by the customer.

·       Develop a budget in collaboration with the management, optimize and monitor it during the whole process of the project (purchase order, delivery notes, invoicing).

·       Analyze the risk to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action

·       Coordinate management and technical decisions as well as the communication with the customer

·       Management of subcontractors

·       Definition of roles in the team to ensure the correct performance of the activities

·       Centralize all information in order to make it more fluid and then facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders:

• Determine the blocking points in the progress of the project,
• Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) monitored
• Prepare, coordinate, animate internal / external reviews and write reports (MoM),

About you:

• Good experience in the aeronautic sector - especially Airframe design
• Capacity to lead teams
• Know how to prioritize tasks and actions,
• Knowledge of aircraft lifecycle management
• Ability to work in an international matrix structure
• Ability to Analyze & Synthesize:
• Communication Skills: Conveying and receiving ideas and information directly to others or through various media to foster understanding and create productive working relationships
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Office-like tools and in particular Excel and MS Project
• Good financial background
• Excellent writing skills
