We are looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Getafe
Your tasks will be:
· Plan, organize and coordinate all work in the projects to ensure the project timelines and quality of deliverables according to the process defined in the company and by the customer.
· Develop a budget in collaboration with the management, optimize and monitor it during the whole process of the project (purchase order, delivery notes, invoicing).
· Analyze the risk to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
· Coordinate management and technical decisions as well as the communication with the customer
· Management of subcontractors
· Definition of roles in the team to ensure the correct performance of the activities
· Centralize all information in order to make it more fluid and then facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders:
- Determine the blocking points in the progress of the project,
- Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) monitored
- Prepare, coordinate, animate internal / external reviews and write reports (MoM),
About you:
- Good experience in the aeronautic sector - especially Airframe design
- Capacity to lead teams
- Know how to prioritize tasks and actions,
- Knowledge of aircraft lifecycle management
- Ability to work in an international matrix structure
- Ability to Analyze & Synthesize:
- Communication Skills: Conveying and receiving ideas and information directly to others or through various media to foster understanding and create productive working relationships
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Office-like tools and in particular Excel and MS Project
- Good financial background
- Excellent writing skills
