Siemens Mobility launches the Commercial Project Management (CPM) Academy!

A new opportunity to jump-start your career as a Commercial Project Manager in a leading company in the railway industry with the chance of managing local and international projects.

The Commercial Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for the completion of all commercial and financial related matters of the customer projects. The CPM is supporting the Project Manager and Bid Manager in all other areas with the objective of preparing the bid and executing the project according to the defined Project Management standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines. A professional collaboration between the CPM and the Project Manager and Bid Manager is key for the overall project success.

The Program:

Siemens Mobility CPM Academy in Madrid was founded to develop the “Commercial Project Managers of the Future” through a two-year program.

During this time, you will have an contract with Siemens Mobility Spain so it is mandatory to stablish your residence in Madrid (during the program)

You also will have the opportunity to actively work as a Commercial Project Manager with rotations in key areas of the company: Sales and Bid, Controlling & Accounting, Project Execution, Customer Service as well as our Digitalization department.

To accelerate your career, you will be trained with a Master in Project Management.

The Master's degree will take place in an online format with a total dedication of approximately 15 hours per week for 1 year out of the 2 years program.

Focus on Leadership & Project Management and emphasizing on agile methods.

The cost of the Master for the selected candidates will be sponsored by the company.

The program will start in Septemeber 2025. It will offer the selected candidate the possibility to grow in a company that listens to ideas and puts them into action to make transportation more sustainable, agile, affordable, reliable and secure.

Previous finance experience would be appreciated.
