Junior Project Manager

Adam is a rapidly growing Czech startup digitizing the crafts industry. Our goal is to create a Czech unicorn, provide customers with quality craftsmen with just a few clicks, and support local craftsmen in their businesses.

In 2024, Brighteye Ventures, one of Europe’s most prominent edtech venture capital funds, invested in us. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for our operations, expanding into new cities and countries, and experiencing what it's like to manage everything from A to Z. If you aspire to run your own business one day or lead a team in a larger company, you'll learn how to do it at Adam.

We prefer candidates who have already graduated from university or are finishing their thesis and can work full-time.

Your work will include:

• Responsibility for our operations in selected cities
• Scaling - we need to quickly adapt to the ever-growing number of incoming orders
• Creating and executing expansion strategies
• Training new painters and managing their logistics
• Ensuring top quality - we always want customers to leave fully satisfied

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus)
• Possesses great communication skills
• Thinks logically, can structure and present their ideas
• Won't stop after encountering 20 problems a day
• Is within 2 years of graduation (at least a Bachelor's degree) and can work full-time
