📦 We're Hiring: Logistics Operations Specialists (2 positions)

Location: Madrid, Spain

Schedule:

• Shift 1: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We’re looking for two experienced professionals in the logistics sector to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience managing time-critical shipments, especially in areas such as:

• AOG (Aircraft on Ground) logistics
• Pharmaceutical transportation
• Handling of biological samples

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset are key.

• Coordinate and monitor urgent international shipments from start to finish
• Maintain communication with clients, agents, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with temperature and handling requirements (particularly in pharma/biologics)
• React quickly to last-minute changes or issues during transport
• Keep accurate and timely records in our system

• Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding
• Strong level of English (written and spoken)
• Experience in AOG, pharma, or life sciences logistics is a strong plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
