Importante grupo especializado en Supermercados, precisa cubrir (1) vacante de Compras - Jefe/a de Producto para el área de productos droguería, perfumería y bazar.
Ejecutará las siguientes funciones:
. Coordinar firma de documento y cumplimiento de contrapartidas acordadas con proveedores.
. Negociación de condiciones generales, nuevos artículos y promociones con proveedores (costes/ margen).
. Colaboración con proveedores para definir y conseguir los objetivos manteniendo una adecuada relación con los mismos.
. Planificación de todos los aspectos del producto (gestión de precios de venta, cotización de precios especiales a tiendas, promociones).
. Revisión y análisis del surtido: artículos nuevos, artículos sin venta, artículos en pérdida.
. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, valorando el atractivo del mercado y encaje estratégico en la empresa.
. Evaluar nuevas ideas de productos y/o cambios de productos. Coordinar las tareas necesarias para introducir en tiendas un nuevo artículo o línea de producto.
. Elaboración de contenidos de folletos y actividad promocional (artículos y precio).
. Definición de campañas (navidad, verano, año nuevo).
. Toma de decisiones dentro de las negociaciones de un producto.
. Identificación de los fallos y propuesta de soluciones.
Se ofrece
- Contrato estable e indefinido (directo con cliente)
- Zona de trabajo: Telde
- Jornada completa, lunes a jueves, 8.30 a 18.15, viernes: 8.30 a 14.30 h , verano jornada intensiva
- Salario Bruto Anual. según valía: 34-40K
Requisitos
- Graduado/a en ADE, Marketing o similar.
- Muy valorable Máster de Product Manager o similar.
- Aportar mínimo de entre 3 a 5 años de experticia como comprador/a de productos, ideal dentro del sector supermercados.

Are you passionate about Procurement Operations, experienced in working with suppliers, skilled in quality management, and convinced by the business added value of a robust supply chain?
You will join the Fairings Sub-commodity team within the Aerostructure Supply Chain & Quality organization to take on the role of Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM). Our scope includes managing Belly Fairings, Main Landing Gear Doors, Karman Fairings within a transnational environment, collaborating with suppliers around the world.
As an SCQM, you will be the primary interface with nominated supplier(s) and responsible for nurturing the key relationship between the supplier and Airbus.
The SCQM role is about making the benefits of a robust supply chain available to Airbus so we can bring value to our customers much faster, all while maintaining quality standards. The challenges are numerous and exciting!
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and On Cost when applicable) performance.
- Ensure all non-quality events are thoroughly assessed and that effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers and ensure that suppliers have the required capacity.
- Assess the supplier's capacity, capability, and performance, and contribute to their development.
- Identify supplier industrial risks and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
- Develop and implement short-term recovery plans.
- Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, setting mid-term development targets together with the suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team.
- Maintain close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites, ensuring the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services.
