Funciones:

• Planificación, calendarización y coordinación de los cursos formativos.
• Búsqueda y gestión de Docentes para los cursos
• Realización de documentación atendiendo a los requisitos de las acciones formativas (especialidades y/o CdP)
• Gestión de FUNDAE, comunicación de inicio, participantes, cierre grupos, etc
• Elaboración de informes
• Supervisión de la ejecución de los cursos asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por las entidades públicas
• Coordinación del trabajo con administrativos y dpto.dinamización
• Detección de necesidades y mejoras/sugerencias para el departamento

Requisitos :

• Conocimiento de la normativa vigente en formación subvencionada y gestión de subvenciones.
• Formación en el sector , administración - cursos relacionados con la formación
• Dominio de herramientas informáticas y plataformas de gestión educativa.
• Capacidad analítica y organizativa: Deberás gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos de manera eficiente
• Habilidad con el manejo de Excel y paquete office
• 2 años en el ámbito de la formación para el empleo, principalmente formación subvencionada.

Position Overview

To organise and maintain all showrooms by brand. The most important objective is to be able to implement all showroom directives during market periods to reflect a luxury and unique selling/buying environment that reflects the companies Identity. In order to achieve this an understanding of stock control and sample management is of paramount importance. Teamwork is essential as the showroom team have to work very closely with sales and visual/creative teams to ensure all directives are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sample Management across all brands. From checking delivery status to merchandising.

Ability to strictly follow a pre set budget and work well within these constraints on a day top day basis

Ability to track all expenditures on a pre set budget tracker spread sheet

Code and sticker samples for all brands.

Merchandising of all showrooms< with assistance from Brand Image

Maintain all showrooms during market.

Daily pull lists.

Cast and arrange models for all brands.

Arrange catering and client hospitality for all showrooms.

Direct sample rotation and storage facilities.

Direct sample send outs for shoots etc.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

En El Templo Esports, estamos buscando de recepcionista de turno de noches los sábados y los domingos (23:00 a 07:00) 2 días a la semana, con incorporación en la tercera semana del mes de mayo. Si eres proactivo/a, tienes don de gentes, tus habilidades en limpieza y mantenimiento del centro son excelentes, y puedes gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

**Responsabilidades**

Atención de clientes y cobro en caja.

Preparar comidas precocinadas.

Revisar y reportar el estado del centro al llegar.

Mantener el centro limpio y ordenado.

**Requisitos**

Experiencia previa en recepción, atención al cliente o servicio en hostelería.

Requisitos:

• Conocimiento actualizado de la normativa laboral española.
• Experiencia previa en entornos de nueva creación será muy valorada.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y visión estratégica.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

An opportunity for a EdV has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

EdV (Equipo Desarrollo de Versiones or Version Development Team) is a FAL area of Airbus LTA where we work on the development of the C295 versions and prototypes of this aircraft. This year we have a great challenge ahead of us as we are doing, in addition to our more usual tasks, the maintenance and transformation of the C295-163 prototype.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Collaborate with Design in the definition of the MSN 163 Transformations for the MPA program.
• Create/Update BoM/'routings'/SOI taking into account shop floor needs, time calculations and complying with Golden Rules of Work Preparation in accordance with applicable processes.
• Specify industrial resources (Equipment, tools, tooling, machines,...) required for creation or modification.
• Communicate directly and physically participate in the routines of the production team.
• Give technical support to the workshop by providing expertise in the preparation of work.
• Responsible for configuration management support.
• Within the ME role, in supply chain management, ensure total and effective data consistency.
  
  

It should be noted that this role will be a double shift role (one every five weeks), with the afternoon shift coordinator being the shift coordinator with support but ensuring that the work is completed, due to the fact that at EdV we have the “double hat” of Production and Production engineering.
