Job Overview
This is an opportunity to be part of something transformational. Creators International School will open in 2026 as a new international school with the mission to pioneer science, technology, engineering, mathematics and entrepreneurship.
This will be a cutting-edge school dedicated to fostering creativity and innovation and aiming to become one of the leading mathematics and science led schools internationally. The curriculum will give priority to the learning and teaching of science, mathematics and technology, and is designed not just to educate but to inspire. The mission is to ignite curiosity in the minds of tomorrow’s leaders and give the students the power to gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to turn groundbreaking ideas into reality. The School seeks to be the launch pad for the next generation of tech pioneers, innovators and leaders who will shape a better, smarter and more sustainable world.
The search is now on for a visionary founding Director who can take the lead in shaping this unique start-up STEM-focused school, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and leadership development. The Founding Director will require experience across all aspects of a school, and founding experience would be a distinct advantage. They will need the hunger and ambition to deliver this compelling vision of a rigorous boundary-pushing education.
The role may appeal to an experienced Head with a passion for STEM or to an aspiring leader who seeks a step up. It will be unique opportunity for a visionary individual who has a pioneering spirit and a passion for innovation, leading and learning.
Creators will welcome students from Year 3- Year 13 (ages 7-18) with both day and boarding students. It will be a British International school offering iGCSE and A Levels with the English curriculum being significantly enhanced and led by a bespoke, detailed, mastery-focused Creators STEM curriculum. It is anticipated that up to 30% of the student body will be supported by scholarships so that those students with the greatest gifts in STEM are able to access this unique environment.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the growth and success of RWIS. As the Admissions & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the school’s vision to prospective families, stakeholders, and the wider community. You will be responsible for overseeing admissions, marketing, and communications, ensuring that RWIS is positioned as a leading choice for future-focused, inquiry-based education in the region.
In this role, you will manage the strategic development and implementation of external communications, the school’s digital presence, marketing and advertising efforts, admissions processes, and community engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Business and Operations Manager and the Head of School, your work will be instrumental in enhancing RWIS’s reputation and building meaningful connections within and beyond the school community.
Position Scope
Admissions
- Develop and implement a highly effective admissions strategy, supported by relevant policies and procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process, ensuring a high rate of conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
- Organize and lead school tours, open days, and orientation events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions data using Veracross and provide regular reports to the HOS.
- Collaborate with academic staff and families to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new families.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to promote The RWIS Way! both locally and internationally.
- Manage the school’s digital presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Act as the “brand guardian” to ensure all materials align with RWIS’s ethos, values, brandbook and communications policy.
- Oversee the creation and review of promotional content such as newsletters, prospectuses, and event materials.
- Actively engage with the local and international media, business, NGO and diplomatic community to position RWIS as their school of choice.
- Plan and execute events that foster community spirit and promote RWIS to prospective families and partners.
- Oversee the activities of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and act as a liaison between parents and the school.
- Organize fundraising and events in collaboration with the Business and Operations Manager to advance the RWIS mission.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align with the school’s broader strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic insights on market trends and opportunities to advance the RWIS mission and vision in every way.
- Provide regular reports and proposals for SLT and Board approval.
- Growth in student admissions aligned with annual targets.
- Measurable increase in engagement across digital platforms (e.g., website traffic, social media reach).
- Positive feedback from new families on the admissions process and existing families on school communications.
- Successful execution of community events and marketing campaigns.
- Strengthened relationships with community stakeholders, generating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or community relations, ideally within an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience managing events and community engagement initiatives.
- Experience as an international school educator will also be an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adopting various mediums of communications.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing and AI tools is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Swedish) are a strong asset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for education and alignment with RWIS values.
