Role Description This is a full-time Personal Assistant role based in Madrid, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing appointments. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, maintaining records, preparing documents, and assisting with internal and external communication. The role also involves supporting the coordination of property-related activities, liaising with clients and partners, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders or teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in professional settings.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting organization.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency with office software and digital tools, and fluency in English and Spanish. Knowledge in Italian is a strong plus.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or luxury services, as well as prior work in international environments, is an advantage.
