Unilabs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Service Analyst to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. As a Workplace Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic facilities. As a Workplace Service Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this mission by ensuring that our workplace environments are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and maintain workplace systems, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
- Monitor and respond to service tickets in a timely manner, ensuring quality resolution
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of workplace security policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workplace technology needs
- Conduct regular assessments of workplace technology requirements and recommend improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Availability to provide on-call support, if required

Role
and Responsibilities
Scheduling and Planning -
Carrying out various
administrative
activities to guarantee
an excellent candidate
recruitment
experience.
This includes scheduling phone
and
teams'
interviews for the

ecruiters
and hiring managers
, planning and organising test cases for the radiologists,
and
supporting the recruiter with the
radiologist
s and their testcases
Overall, the logistics and administration for our testing will be your
highest priority.
