At Webfleet we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented Marketing Analyst Intern based in Barcelona to join our Marketing team.
Your Day-to-Day:
You will be supporting the marketing team on market analytics and commercial offer:
- Market sizing per key European geography;
- Competition landscape: features and price gaps for sales pitch;
- Recommendation of product and offer changes to product development based on market dynamics and detected gaps;
- Assess right offer and pricing for new product launches;
- Help on cross-sell projects (with Webfleet portfolio).
- Analyse sales win-rate, reasons lost, sales inputs and market dynamics;
- Propose pricing action plan based on conclusions. Collaborate on implementation;
- Evaluate and create tactical prospect promotions. Help on promotion implementation.
There is no set path to becoming a Marketing Analyst Intern at Webfleet, but this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
- Business or Economics degree, including marketing or finance (Masters highly desirable).
- Mandatory to be able to make a 6-month agreement with the university.
- Basic idea on how to set company pricing (projects on business analytics or strategic consulting is desirable).
- Business & Commercial focus.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for data/reporting integrity.
- Determination to propose and implement changes based on reasoned assessments.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is critical.
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce (company CRM) is a plus;
- As well as expertise in Power BI (ideally with knowledge of Python and SQL).
- Sociable person who likes to work in a team and is dependable; takes ownership when faced with challenges.
- Some experience in a similar position would be a plus.
