Job Description 

CCA Andratx is looking to expand its team by hiring a professional who will actively manage art sales, communication and press relations, and event organization. Centro Cultural Andratx is Mallorca's largest contemporary art gallery. Founded in 2001 by gallerists Patricia and Jacob Asbaek, it is located on the southern side of the Sierra de Tramuntana and is dedicated to the creation and exhibition of contemporary art. CCA Andratx offers a unique cultural experience for artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts. 

Areas of Responsibility

Key Responsibilities 

Sales 

• Sale of artworks from the exhibition and artistic program. 
• Professional support and follow-up of collectors, clients, and interested parties. 
• Preparation of offers, negotiation, and successful closing of sales. 
• Proactive expansion and maintenance of a strong network of contacts within the art market. 
• Administrative and organizational management of sales processes in coordination with the team. 
• Receiving and coordinating client inquiries (by phone, email, and in person). 
• Maintenance and regular updating of databases and contact details. 

Communication & Marketing 

• Supervision of media, mailings, digital platforms, website, social media, and external online distribution channels. 
• Relations with the press and specialized media. 
• Management and consistent care of the institutional image of CCA Andratx. 

Events  

• Support in the organization and execution of exhibitions, internal and external events. 
• General administrative and organizational support. 

Candidate Profile 

• Education or professional experience in the field of art, culture, or the art market. 
• Strong orientation toward sales and commercial relationships. 
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills. 
• Genuine interest in contemporary art. 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
• Confident use of digital tools and social media. 
• Required languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2 level). Additional languages are a plus.
