Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid for an EYFS Nursery Tutor. The EYFS Nursery Tutor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, supporting children’s developmental milestones, and maintaining open communication with parents to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. The tutor will also monitor and assess progress, encourage creativity through interactive activities, and adhere to the British Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and ability to implement its principles and practices.
• Experience in planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and creative learning activities.
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and children.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children’s emotional and social development.
• Proficiency in English, with a preference for native fluency; additional language skills are a plus.
• Relevant teaching qualifications, such as Early Childhood or Primary Education degree, CACHE Level 3 Diploma, or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience in early childhood education, preferably within a British curriculum environment.
• Ability to promote positive behavior and adapt to each child’s unique needs and learning pace.
