We are looking for an Intern Supply Chain (d/f/m) for our Supply Chain Team in Madrid.

You could become 'Host with heart' for the following topics:

• You will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our supply chain by processing orders for new Limehome projects and existing properties.
• You take on back office tasks and have ideas on how we can further optimize our internal department processes.
• You prepare and manage forecasts for inventory and procurement needs.
• You coordinate procurement processes for required items, ensuring timely delivery.
• You collaborate with our external warehouse partner to manage inventory levels and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments.
• You maintain up-to-date records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory levels.
• You assist in supplier management, including communication and performance evaluations.
  
  

Stellenanforderungen

What you need to reach for the stars with us:

• You are a student or graduate in economics or related fields, ideally with a focus on supply chain management or similar
• You enjoy communicating confidently in Spanish and English and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders. (any additional language. e.g., German, French, or Italian, is a plus)
• You love staying organized and managing your time like a pro, juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Collaboration is your thing! You’re great at communicating and aligning with others, making sure all departments are on the same page.
• You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, whether you’re flying solo or working as part of a team.
• You’re confident in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets—pivot tables, formulas, data analysis? You’ve got it covered.
• Analyzing data and making decisions backed by solid forecasting is something you enjoy and excel at.
