The mission

You will become the face and voice of Memorae across social media. This is a rare hybrid role: equal parts social strategist, content creator, and on-camera talent — with a sharp creative-performance brain underneath it all.

You'll build Memorae's presence on the platforms where culture happens, create scroll-stopping content (often starring you), and turn that content into a growth engine — both organically and as fuel for paid. If you've ever wanted to build a brand's social from a near-blank canvas and put your own stamp on it, this is that role.


What you'll do
  • Be the face of the brand. Show up on camera as the recognizable, charismatic human behind Memorae — short-form video, live formats, and beyond — building genuine connection and trust with our audience.
  • Own the social strategy. Define and run Memorae's organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (Shorts + long), X, and LinkedIn — channel by channel, with clear goals and a distinct voice.
  • Create, constantly. Concept, script, shoot, and edit platform-native content end to end. You can turn an idea into a published video the same day.
  • Win at creative performance. Treat creative as a performance discipline: generate a high volume of concepts and hooks, test relentlessly, read the data, and double down on what works — feeding your best-performing creative straight into paid.
  • Run a content engine. Build and maintain a content calendar and a repeatable production system so the output is consistent, on-brand, and high-velocity.
  • Ride the culture. Stay ahead of trends, formats, sounds, and memes — and move fast enough to participate while they're still relevant.
  • Grow and engage the community. Build audience and engagement, manage comments and DMs in your voice, and turn followers into fans (and fans into users).
  • Shape the brand voice. Define and protect a consistent, bilingual (ES/EN) brand voice and visual style across every channel.
  • Collaborate with paid + product. Partner with the paid media lead so winning organic creative scales in ads, and feed audience signal back to the team.
  • Measure what matters. Track reach, watch-time, engagement, follower growth — and, critically, how social contributes to acquisition and retention — and iterate accordingly.


What success looks like
  • First 30 days: You've nailed the brand voice, set up the channel strategy and content system, and shipped your first wave of on-camera content and creative tests.
  • First 90 days: A consistent, high-velocity content engine is running across core channels, with clear growth in audience and engagement and a repeatable creative-testing loop feeding paid.
  • First 6–12 months: Memorae has a distinctive, growing social presence with you as its recognizable face — and social is a measurable contributor to growth, not just a vanity channel.


Who you are
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, and genuinely comfortable and compelling on camera in both.
  • A natural on-camera presence — charismatic, authentic, and able to hold an audience.
  • A proven social operator: you've grown social channels (a brand's, a creator's, or your own) with real, demonstrable results.
  • An end-to-end content creator: you script, shoot, and edit short-form video yourself, fast.
  • A creative-performance thinker: you understand hooks, retention, and what makes content actually convert — and you let data guide you.
  • Platform-fluent across TikTok, Instagram/Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn.
  • A self-starter who can own social end to end with minimal hand-holding.


Bonus points
  • You understand paid social creative and have made content specifically for ads.
  • Editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects) and a good eye for design.
  • Experience building a personal brand or creator audience of your own.
  • A track record making consumer or tech products feel human and fun.


A reel/portfolio is required for this role — show us your best on-camera work and any channels you've grown.
