About No74

no74 is a creative and artisanal house committed to imagining sensitive and timeless worlds through textile collections, decorative objects and artistic experiences. We have just opened our third atelier in Mallorca. It is a living space where craftsmanship, creativity and sharing come together through a boutique, pop-up events and creative workshops.

As part of our local and global development, we are looking for a

Boutique & Pop-Up Development Manager

to lead the strategy, operations and expansion of our presence in Mallorca.

Your mission

Working closely with the creative and strategic direction, you will be responsible for developing the boutique and atelier activities, increasing local visibility and turning it into a must-visit place for our community.

• Boutique Management & Development
  
  

Ensure the daily management of the boutique: customer experience, opening/closing, sales and organization.

Develop a sales strategy aligned with the no74 brand identity.

Analyze performance, monitor KPIs, optimize sales and profitability.

Design and implement inspiring and evolving visual merchandising.

• Team Management
  
  

Lead, train and motivate the boutique and workshop teams.

Foster a positive, creative and results-oriented team spirit.

Organize schedules, allocate responsibilities and supervise operations.

• Pop-Up Stores & Workshops
  
  

Design and coordinate pop-up events and creative workshops.

Create engaging experiences aligned with the brand universe.

Manage logistics and planning.

• Local Development & Visibility
  
  

Develop a local communication and brand awareness strategy.

Identify and activate creative levers to attract local and international clients.

Build partnerships with cultural actors, artisans, schools, hotels, etc.

Deploy local marketing actions: collaborations, events, content and targeted campaigns.

• Contribution to no74 Global Projects
  
  

Contribute to the overall strategic development of the brand.

Bring field insights to enrich creative, commercial and communication projects.

Act as the brand ambassador of no74 in Mallorca.

Profile

Proven experience in boutique management / retail, team leadership or concept development.

Strong creative sensibility, refined aesthetic taste and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills.

Inspiring leadership, initiative and ability to grow a team.

Strong communication skills and interest in local dynamics.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, artisanal and artistic environment.

Spanish and English required; Catalan or French is a plus.
