### About the role

We’re looking for a **Senior Brand Designer** to join our studio full-time. In this role, you’ll create distinctive visual identities and design systems, delivering creative solutions that merge aesthetics with strategy for some of the most exciting tech startups in the world.

You’ll work closely with the Art Director to shape brands and visual identities end-to-end.

This position is remote, with preference for candidates who can work a few days per week from our office in Barcelona.

### What you’ll do

- Lead visual exploration from moodboards to fully developed identity systems
- Develop original brand directions with a strong point of view
- Maintain a high standard of craft across every deliverable
- Present work internally and to clients
- Balance speed and quality with a focus on tangible results
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and contribute to overall project direction

### What we’re looking for

- **5+ years of experience** working as a Brand Designer in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team, including leading projects and presenting work to clients
- High proficiency and speed with Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Photoshop. Bonus: familiarity with **AI tools** and how they can be integrated into the branding process to accelerate iterations and decision-making.
- Experience designing brand systems that extend from identity to motion to web (the more multidisciplinary, the better)
- Experience shaping brands for tech companies and digital products.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take projects from concept to execution with minimal direction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: fluent in English.
