For our Iberia office, we are currently looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager Iberia (m/f/d) – someone who shares our values and standards and is committed to maintaining our position as a global market leader.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager Iberia based in Madrid. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including tender managment, lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth in the Iberia region.
Your Responsabilities:
- Responsible for meeting the sales budget in the assigned area
- Execution of sales in hospitals and clinics
- Development and management of distributors and key accounts
- Ongoing establishment of partnerships with key players and public sector institutions
- Personalized attention to healthcare professionals
- Preparation and delivery of product presentations in various hospitals
- Leading meetings and conducting personalized sales negotiations
- Technical and medical presentations with healthcare personnel
- Participation in and delivery of product presentations at medical trade shows and congresses
What makes you the right candidate:
- You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification – for example, commercial training combined with relevant professional experience.
- You bring a strong passion for sales and a genuine enthusiasm for international markets.
- Strong experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Distribution Managment
- Results-driven with a natural sales aptitude
- Outstanding Communication and Negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Spain & Portugal (at least 80% of the time)
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical device sales, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Biomedical Engineering
- Excellent Market Research and Analysis skills
