We’ve been creating brands, websites, and campaigns for over six years. Now we’re growing the creative team and building more structure around how we deliver work that stands out — visually and strategically. You won’t just be making things look nice. You’ll be part of the thinking, the doing, and the impact.

This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, with flexibility as trust builds and systems flow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing brand identities and visual assets for service-based businesses across different sectors
• Creating digital and print materials: brochures, pitch decks, ads, infographics, internal docs and more
• Designing social content and visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Working with the web team on wireframes, full-page layouts, and client websites
• Collaborating with an experienced, fast-growing creative team: designers, content creators, video editors, ad specialists, and client managers
• Contributing ideas to campaign direction, launches, and brand development
• Improving workflows and output quality across the board through care, consistency, and creativity
  
  

This Role Is For Someone Who Has...

• Experience in graphic design across branding, web, and digital marketing
• A solid portfolio that shows clean design, versatility, and originality
• Good instincts with layout, typography, spacing, and structure
• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
• The ability to take a brief and run with it, ask the right questions, and deliver with clarity
• A real interest in growing into a bigger role over time, with creative ownership
