Hybrid (Madrid HQ) – Paid Internship

We’re looking for a motivated writer who’s excited to learn how great content and smart SEO come together to grow real businesses. This is a paid internship where you’ll learn by doing — working with experienced content strategists, SEO specialists, and creative teams on live projects with real purpose.

You’ll get hands-on experience across blog content, ad copy, email marketing, and more — and you’ll see how words can connect strategy, storytelling, and performance when done right. What You’ll Be Doing / Learning

• Writing blog posts, SEO content, landing pages, and website copy
• Creating copy for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, and video scripts
• Learning how to apply different brand voices across formats and industries
• Supporting SEO research: keywords, structure, metadata, and optimisation
• Using tools (including AI) to assist with writing, editing, and content planning
• Working on real internal and client projects — not just filler tasks

• Has a basic understanding of SEO or content structure — or is eager to learn
• Can follow guidance and adapt based on feedback
