Our Learning & Development (L&D) team is dedicated to fostering professional growth and capability development across the organization. As an intern in this dynamic team, you will gain hands-on experience in coordinating training programs, ensuring seamless execution, and supporting key administrative & logistics processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, training providers, and various departments to facilitate impactful learning experiences.
ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination & Administration- Prepare and maintain accurate attendee lists by extracting relevant reports from Workday, ensuring effective participant tracking and record management.
- Schedule training sessions in alignment with providers, securing appropriate venues, catering services, and post-training networking events where applicable.
- Create training programs within Workday, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.
- Support the creation of high-quality training materials, presentations, and handouts to enhance learning engagement.
- Support formatting materials and distributing them in a timely manner.
- Analyze training metrics using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other Excel functions to support decision- making.
- Provide insights on training trends and program impact through data visualization and reporting dashboards.
- Draft and distribute professional training communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups, to ensure participant engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for attendees, addressing queries and providing necessary logistical information.
- Assist in gathering post-training feedback by preparing and sending satisfaction surveys, compiling responses, and contributing to insights for future improvements.
- Support preparing and submitting documentation required for FUNDAE compliance, ensuring training programs meet national funding criteria and regulations.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage reporting obligations efficiently.
- Exposure to Corporate Learning & Development: Hands-on experience in managing training logistics, content creation, and regulatory processes. Support initiatives that contribute to employee skill enhancement and development.
- Skills in Stakeholder Management & Communication: Collaborate with training providers, internal teams, and course attendees to facilitate seamless experiences.
- Proficiency in HR & Learning Technologies: Gain practical knowledge in using Workday for training management and compliance tracking, Coursera administrator and Excel as reporting tool.
- Last year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees such as Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, etc.
- Fluency in English and in Spanish.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must) and comfortable working with Workday.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning management systems to streamline processes.
