SailPoint is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. Using your experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) opportunity creation & sales, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts. In this role, you will be linked with a team of field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.) helping to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with effective communication skills, very well organized, a knack for persuasion, and a deep understanding of digital sales techniques.
This role be working with our customers across Switzerland, therefore we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in both French and German.

The Path to Success
Our most successful DSR’s achieve these milestones to achieve early productivity & success. Within the first month your goals will include:
- Complete Getting started Checklist, including Pre/Post Revenue Onboarding Coursework, attending HR onboarding Sessions, Access Identity University, and complete role specific suggested courses.
- Familiarize yourself with the High-level Function Org Chart; a high-level understanding of our main 5 business functions and the teams that compose them.
- Complete Challenger Sales Training
- Make use of all video collateral to augment onboarding training.
- Learn the SailPoint pitch.
- Meet the team – Digital Sales, your AE’s, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership. (Schedule intro meetings with key stakeholders as identified by your manager)
- Meet your buddy and set up Bi-weekly meetings & 1 to 1’s with your manager.
- Listen in and shadow your first discovery call.
- Ensure access to and familiarity with all tools in your digital tech stack.
- Walk your manager through prospecting efforts with LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo. Demonstrate knowledge in how to uncover corporate insights and persona-based imperatives.
- Demonstrate how to sequence prospects, both outbound and inbound, effectively action all leads within time bound SLAs, and convert to opportunities within Salesforce.
By the time you have been with SailPoint for 3 months you will have:
- Completed Challenger Sales Training & Introduction to Commercial Insights.
- Completed Revenue Onboarding.
- Completed mock discovery call and refined SailPoint Pitch.
- Commenced the development plan process by reviewing the "Building a Plan" Guru Card.
- Created a development plan for yourself and reviewed with your manager for alignment.
- Continued to have periodic meetings with your buddy.
- Shadowed 4 Discovery Calls.
- Aligned and mapped your top 4 accounts.
- Made your first 10 calls in Outreach.

- Created a minimum of one opportunity in Salesforce.

By the end of your first 6 months, along with the previous milestones you will have:
- Achieved funnel & pipeline targets and all critical activities managed through the KPI dashboard.
- Closed a deal, as marked by DSR Closer, with support from AE (Account Executive).
By the end of your first 12 months at SailPoint, along with the content in the previous milestones you will have:
- Delivered against yearly target for funnel and pipeline.
- Maintained KPI results on track with targets.
- Closed deals independently without support of AE.

We are modernizing our backend infrastructure to a gRPC-based services architecture and seeking a skilled and pragmatic Unity networking expert to own the client-side networking integration. This role will be pivotal in ensuring performant, reliable, and scalable communication between the Unity game client and our evolving backend systems.
You will work alongside a team of senior and principal backend engineers dedicated to performance, scalability, and platform improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional client-side teams building game features. Your focus will be implementing and optimizing client-side gRPC communication, designing robust network abstractions, and working with teams to ensure seamless integration with the backend.
What You Will Do
- Lead the implementation of gRPC communication within the Unity game client
- Design and maintain clean networking abstractions that support multiplayer game features
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to shape protocol design and performance goals
- Profile and optimize client-side network performance, memory usage, and latency
- Help set best practices and mentor client engineers on networking patterns and technologies
- Act as the technical owner for Unity networking, bridge the client-backend boundary during service splits, refactors, and integration.
- Contribute to internal tools, debug utilities, and build pipelines to improve developer velocity
- Highly experienced in game development with Unity and a focus on networked multiplayer games
- Deep experience with client-side networking systems (e.g., gRPC, Protobuf, REST, WebSockets, or custom binary protocols)
- Solid understanding of C# performance, async patterns, threading, and Unity architecture constraints
- Experience profiling and optimizing network flows in production environments
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating across backend and feature teams
- Familiarity with versioned APIs, schema evolution, and compatibility concerns in distributed systems
- Experience with gRPC specifically in Unity (e.g., IL2CPP compatibility, or custom wrappers).
- Experience with gRPC in other engines (Unreal, Lumberyard, CryEngine, Custom)
- Experience shipping a live service game or working with live operations teams.
- Familiarity with microservice architectures and backend deployment pipelines.

This is a key role within our global finance team, reporting to the Group Director of Tax and working closely with the SVP Group Finance CFO, Audit Committee, and Global Leadership Team. Our ambition is to transform and disrupt the SC practice to make it data-driven and digitally enabled to simplify, accelerate and improve the impact of the decision making processes steering for best-in-class SC performance.

Our scope includes all Supply chain processes: Customer Care, Logistics (Warehousing, Distribution and transportation), Supply chain planning (Distribution requirements planning, Demand planning, Integrated Business Planning, Inventory and Supply Planning) and Production/Scheduling Planning, across all Plants, Regions and Markets and for all Business units (GBUs).
You will contribute to empower the life of our patients worldwide by extracting meaning from data and providing tangible and actionable outcomes using the latest available technics and technologies (AI/ML/GenAI).

Main Responsibilities
- Our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills such as Optimization, Statistics, Machine Learning and will be proficient using tools as R/Python.
- Build end-to-end data science pipelines to generate insights and business value from complex datasets
- Investigate, explore and evaluate new and existing datasets in order to leverage their potential usage in different datascience projects
- Design, implement and run experiments to validate performance of existing and new models
- Build advanced analytics solutions and ensures seamless integration within SC processes and adoption
- - Translates business needs into analytics/reporting requirements to support executive decisions and workflows with required information
- Build and adapt machine learning models to improve performance of existing forecasting, classification, segmentation and NLP pipelines
- Work on full spectrum of activities from conducting ML experiments to delivering production ready models and creation of ML libraries to facilitate ML scaling
- Contribute to the scaling and industrialization of innovative ML initiatives by writing highly optimized and reusable code, following MLOps best-practices and using state-of-the art technologies
- Evaluate and leverage the usage of new data-oriented technologies within the Sanofi cloud & data environments
- Proactively mines data warehouses to identify trends and patterns and generates insights for business units and senior leadership in SC
- Performs large-scale experimentation to identify hidden relationships between variables in large datasets in SC
- - Implements cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence to make data analysis more efficient
- Develops frameworks and processes to analyze unstructured information collected through social media platforms i.e., wikis, blogs, instant messaging, etc. and traditional sources such as e-mail and SharePoint
- Work with user experience specialists to enhance user experience and drive adoption
- Advise product teams on new products, features, or updates
- Visualize information and develop reports on the results of data analysis using data visualization tools
- Help building a solid data culture within the Sanofi community
- Support applications through life cycle management, and steer continuous improvement.
- Interact with the community of practice for analytics.
- Gather from them the business needs in terms of data, data visualization, self-service analytics, automation, and value-driven optimization.
- - Understand the complexity of the required solution and define the right design approach to the developing team.
- Deliver projects with Agile methodology
- Build advanced analytics and optimization tools that will enable Sanofi to increase efficiency and competitiveness for instance:
- Optimization: Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization, SC facilities localization, Milk run optimization, Routes determination.
- Discrete Event simulation: Identification of bottle necks, validation of the inventory policy determined by MEIO
- Machine learning: KPI target settings, product segmentation, detection of abnormal patterns in systems usage
- AI/GenAI: SC GenAI assistant, OOS probabilistic prediction.
- Partner with Digital to deliver robust, reliable solutions meeting business requirements.
- Apply best practices in analytics to delivery robust and reliable solutions meeting business requirements.
- Strive for standardization, simplification & digitization.
- Ensure that data is managed/analyzed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
About you
- Solid of experience in Supply chain
- Background developing at scale AI, Digital, Data & Analytics solutions
- Significant Project Management experience (Agile and Digital methodologies).
- Proven experience working in a data-centric business environment.
- Proven track record delivering business value through disruptive solutions
- Experience in a complex global organization
- Background in Supply Chain Management is a plus
- Ability to engage and collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver short, medium- and long-term projects; demonstrated ability to collaborate & influence. High level of emotional intelligence and business integrity;
- Advanced software development skills in at least two of the standard data science languages (such as Python, R, Scala, C++, Julia), and with database systems (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, graph,..).
- Experienced working in cloud high-performance environments (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Apache Spark).
- Advanced in AI, ML, GenAI solutions development (MLOps, CI/CD).
- Expertise in advanced statistical modelling, or broader aspects of mathematics such as optimization or deep ML expertise e.g NLP, imaging
- Degree in Business Administration, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar.
- APICS certification is an asset.
