🚀Buscamos Founding Engineer (Full Stack) para la legaltech MIKE (híbrido)

En MIKE estamos construyendo el copiloto legal para el sector inmobiliario: una legaltech que ayuda a profesionales del sector inmobiliario a resolver dudas legales complejas en segundos y a obtener el Due Diligence de propiedades con informes legales, fiscales y urbanísticos. Hemos cerrado nuestra primera ronda y abierto ampliación, el producto ya se está comercializando y tenemos clientes consolidados.

Buscamos a nuestro/a Founding Engineer (Full Stack): una de las primeras personas técnicas del equipo, alguien que quiera construir el producto casi desde cero, trabajando codo con codo con los founders, ayudando a definir la parte técnica.

Hands-on technical execution

• Serás la persona que diseña, construye y mantiene las primeras versiones del producto, de extremo a extremo: frontend, backend, integraciones con APIs y algo de infraestructura. El foco estará en prototipar rápido, validar hipótesis y aprender del usuario.

Shaping culture and processes

• No solo escribirás código: ayudarás a definir la cultura de ingeniería, las primeras prácticas (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, calidad), la forma de trabajar con producto y clientes, y harás que el equipo que venga después tenga unas buenas bases sobre las que crecer.

Broad responsibilities

En este rol te moverás más allá de la etiqueta “dev”:

• Participarás en decisiones de producto (qué construir, qué no y en qué orden).
• Hablarás con usuarios de vez en cuando para entender problemas reales.
• Podrás ayudar en soporte y troubleshooting.
• Contribuirás al reclutamiento del futuro equipo de ingeniería (entrevistas técnicas, definición de perfiles, etc.).

Relationship with founders

• Trabajarás codo a codo con los founders, como partner técnico de confianza. Formarás parte de las conversaciones estratégicas de producto y tecnología y ayudarás a convertir la visión de MIKE en un producto sólido, usable y diferencial para el sector legal-inmobiliario.

• +3 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a full-stack o backend, idealmente con Node.js + TypeScript.
• Dominio de JavaScript/TypeScript, desarrollo backend, diseño de APIs y manejo de bases de datos SQL/NoSQL.
• Experiencia con cloud pública, preferiblemente AWS (Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc. según corresponda).
• Dockerización y contenedores: creación, mantenimiento y despliegue de servicios en entornos dockerizados.
• Administración de sistemas: conocimientos sólidos en Linux, monitoreo, logging, troubleshooting, automatización y buenas prácticas de seguridad.
• Conocimientos de CI/CD, testing y buenas prácticas de ingeniería (clean code, modularidad, documentación).
• Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía en un entorno startup de alto ritmo y recursos limitados.
• Deseable experiencia o interés en IA: integración de APIs de modelos de lenguaje o agentes inteligentes.

No hace falta que encajes al 100%, pero sí que te sientas cómodo/a en un entorno moderno de desarrollo full stack. Si has trabajado con stacks tipo TypeScript/Node.js/React, frameworks modernos y nubes públicas, vas en la buena dirección.

• Rol de Founding Engineer: no es “un dev más”, sino una de las primeras personas técnicas que ayudará a definir el producto y la compañía.
• Cultura híbrida, con mucha autonomía, confianza y foco en valor entregado, no en horas conectadas. Mínimo 3 días/semana fijos presenciales en Barcelona con los founders.
• Contacto directo con los founders, visibilidad total sobre negocio y producto, y espacio para proponer e influir.

Learning new technology is part of that. However, you must have deep technical skills.

- Experience leading different technology areas into a product technology roadmap.

- Previous hands-on testing experience.

- Expertise designing test architecture, selecting appropriate tools, and creating test strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Being an SRE in VeepeeTech means to be a part of the transversal SRE community and at the same time integrate one of the agile product teams. You will ensure the system´s reliability and scalability by applying DevOps practices and share knowledge within the SRE community.

TASKS
- Implementing tools and processes for deployment and industrialization (CI/CD, blue/green, canary, rollback, etc.);
- Automating provisioning of a resilient infrastructure that meets the needs of products;
- Working with development teams to facilitate regular releases;
- Maintaining services in operational conditions, analyze and resolve performance and scalability anomalies (load tests) of current and historical deployments;
- Supervising the application portfolio in collaboration with the Network Operations Center (NOC), manage access and security;
- Participating in the evolution of the IS (VMware migration to KVM and service offer) and the reduction of the technical debt;
- Being the evangelist of DevOps´ good practices and participate in the construction of a true transversal SRE community within Veepee.

MUST HAVE skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar function;
- Knowledge of industrialization processes, agile methods, gitflow flow and DevOps practices in general and understanding of a system side;
- Familiar with Linux (good knowledge), knowledge of Windows would be a plus;
- Proficiency with IaC: Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet;
- SUP: Icinga, ELK, Prometheus;
- Hands on with Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad;
- Proficiency with different types of DB such as, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch;
- You have strong verbal and written English language skills.

Who You Are
- Solid experience in AWS-based infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, KMS, etc.).

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, with some experience in ArgoCD.
