Job Description:
New opportunities for Juniors Mission Systems Engineer have arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
The candidate will join ISR Mission Systems Architectures team, and as part of it, will participate in the following tasks, aimed to the development of Mission Systems for all platforms, as M&L, A400, RPAS/UAS, FCAS, Airbus Derivatives (MRTT, Helicopters):
- Lead all Systems Engineering activities in the Mission Systems field in order to deliver safe, reliable, mature and cost effective solutions for the customers.
- Analyze customer requirements for its transformation into design solutions, architectures and concepts of operations.
- Assess innovative technologies and architectures, to deliver independent cost benefit analysis (manufacturer & operator related), deeply involved in the R&D/T initiatives.

- Provide Systems Engineering support for the full lifecycle of the Mission System, from development to in-service support.

- Recently Graduated from a Telecommunications, Electronic or aerospace Engineer.

Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Lead Automation Engineer/Head of Automation QA, you will help build, maintain, and improve the automated framework across our portfolio of applications. You will work closely with our extended automation team as well as development teams, offshore resources, and business stakeholders to establish a foundation of automated tests to both improve QA efficiency and extend our quality coverage.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable automation framework and automated tests for mobile, web, API, and microservices testing.
· Implement, script and execute automated test suites, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.
· Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployments.
· Set up and manage test execution environments, including distributed testing with Playwright, Selenium Grid, or similar tools.
· Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
· Investigate, debug, and report test failures efficiently, providing timely feedback to technology teams.
· Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for automation frameworks, test plans, and test results.

- Experiencia previa con APIs SOAP (para pipelines de datos / ETL).
- Conocimiento de Git y CI/CD (enfoque de múltiples ramas).
- Más de 5 años trabajando en Ingeniería de Datos.
- Experiencia en proyectos de datos en los ámbitos de Contabilidad, Gestión del Rendimiento Financiero, y Planificación y Análisis Financiero.
- Fluidez en inglés.

- Refinarás / visualizarás soluciones técnicas para abordar los requisitos comerciales a la luz de los estándares y marcos de datos del cliente.
- Implementarás pipelines de datos / procesos de datos / APIs dentro del stack técnico de la plataforma de datos.
- Serás responsable de la prueba del entorno de desarrollo proporcionando la evidencia básica de los resultados.
- Apoyarás a los ingenieros de aseguramiento de calidad (QA) durante la fase de prueba de integración del sistema (SIT) en el entorno de pruebas y serás responsable del despliegue en producción.
- Apoyarás al equipo en la resolución de problemas del entorno de producción con los pipelines de datos / APIs REST existentes.
- Serás el principal responsable del esfuerzo de documentación de las soluciones técnicas implementadas (a nivel de User Story / nivel de Catálogo de Datos).
- Diseñar, construir y optimizar soluciones de data.
- Integrar diversas fuentes de datos estructurados y no estructurados.
- Desarrollar y mantener data warehouses y data lakes
- Gestionar y optimizar bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
- Implementar procesos de extracción, transformación y carga (ETL).
- Garantizar la calidad, seguridad y gobernanza de los datos.
- Automatizar procesos de gestión y procesamiento de datos.
- Implementar soluciones en la nube (AWS, GCP, Azure) para el almacenamiento y procesamiento de datos.
- Monitorear el rendimiento de los sistemas de datos y resolver problemas técnico.

Job Description
As a DevOps & Development Expert you are taking part in the next phase of our tooling harmonization initiative, to provide the best services towards our development teams and to improve the adoption of standard tools throughout the organization.
You work closely with several stakeholders, product owners, system architects and developer teams. Together with them, you will shape the tooling and processes for developing high quality and secure software assets.
Our Development Platform Center of Excellence is responsible for providing the development tool chain, application scaffolders and test automation standards to simplify and standardize development activities across all teams.
We are building a state-of-the-art e-platform to share development experience in different teams between countries and branches as well as harmonizing our extensive development platform.
Responsibilities/Tasks
• Develops CI/CD solutions for the services developed and operated by the team
• Develops IaC based solutions for creating and maintaining the infrastructure of the services operated by the team
• Supports customers in the onboarding process and regular usage of these services
• Monitors the operating environment of these services and responds to incidents
• Participates actively in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, and/or other knowledge exchanges.
Qualifications
Professional with expertise in
1. State-of-the-art CI/CD best practices, experience with setting up and maintaining build and deployment pipelines
2. CD technologies, especially geared towards Kubernetes and public cloud, especially ArgoCD and Helm
3. Container and container orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker
4. Cloud platforms, including AWS (Must) and Azure (optional)
5. Infrastructure as Code technologies, especially Terraform and Crossplane
6. Software development and scripting languages, to provide automation and self-service tooling
7. Various automation frameworks, regarding build, test, integration and deployment, including Jenkins automation server and GitHub Actions
8. Git, especially GitHub
