About the role:
Our Office Management department is growing and we are looking for a new professional to join our team for our Madrid offices. The main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate general maintenance and restocking of office supplies.
- Manage warehouse, inventory, equipment and office material.
- Negotiate, manage and improve relations with suppliers.
- Oversee office operations.
- Help to maintain a safe working space.
- Manage the leaders calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.

About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensure that our organization and partners are well-informed about our product developments and capabilities.

About The Role:
- You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events since the sales and legal team has signed the commercial contract till the events' final closing
- You will be the main point of contact between all the stakeholders, from the event organizer to all the internal teams involved.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be expected to be an entrepreneurial individual. The role requires a mix of project management and operational experience. You will have to be very comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure the delivery of requirements on time, also delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners.

About The Role
- Define, document, and distribute content standards. Upload plan content to BackOffice.
- Develop Fever's style guide.
- Writing copy for our content, newsletter and other required publications.
- Engage our users through original and compelling copies.
- Work closely with our Sales team to fully understand the events.
- Work with our Marketing team to build the Fever brand through social media.
- Define and sustain the quality standards of our brand through text.
- Evaluate and develop the Content Strategy to cater to our users.
- Are go-ahead type of person, organised and motivated.
- Are fast learner, take criticism well, and set high goals for yourself.
- Are a creative thinker who likes to bring new ideas to the table.
- Are able to work both independently and in a team.
- Can demonstrate your ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
- Ninja attention to detail. Content descriptions are critical to the Company's success, you are the best at crossing the t's and dotting the i's.
- Native in English and a fluent level in Spanish.
- Are based in Madrid, Spain.
