What is this program about?
Are you a recent graduate passionate about building digital products that reach millions of users?
Fever’s Associate Product Manager (APM) Program is a unique six-month, full-time program designed to accelerate your career in Product Management.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real products, rotating across key product areas, and learning from some of Fever’s most experienced Product Managers. From your first week, you’ll dive into projects that shape the way people discover and enjoy experiences around the world.
By the end of the program, you’ll have developed skills and insights that usually take years to acquire — setting you up for a successful career as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

- Duration: 6 months total
- Structure: You’ll rotate across product squads, gaining exposure to different areas such as:
- Supply, Inventory & Sales Operations – understanding the core business foundations.
- Growth & Customer Experience – focusing on usability, A/B testing, and conversion.
- Post-Purchase & CRM – learning about retention and communication strategies.
- Event Operations – experiencing the real-world execution of Fever’s events.
- Data & Platform – developing analytical and technical skills.
- Final Project – owning a product feature end-to-end within your future squad.
We’re looking for ambitious, analytical, and curious graduates who want to shape the future of entertainment through technology. You should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Be among the top 10% of your class and demonstrate a strong academic record.
- Have completed all your academic credits (only thesis pending is acceptable).
- Be fluent in English (business level).
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Be eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited about joining a fast-growing, global company.

About the role:
Our Office Management department is growing and we are looking for a new professional to join our team for our Barcelona offices. The main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate general maintenance and restocking of office supplies.
- Manage warehouse, inventory, equipment and office material.
- Negotiate, manage and improve relations with suppliers.
- Oversee office operations.
- Help to maintain a safe working space.
- Manage the leaders calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
In order to be successful in your role you will need to:
- Be skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Be solution-oriented and reliable professionals.
- Be incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills.
- Be flexible. Everything can change very quickly and you know how to adapt.

About Operations:
Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the operation team, we help supervise operations across Fever teams and identify and prioritize needs. Our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our company as a Global Operations Intern. As a Global Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various aspects of our Operations. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to international business operations and a chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your process-oriented personality, data-driven approach, and optimization and automation skills are exactly what we are looking for.
About the role:
We are looking for an Operations Intern who loves to create better processes and always finds a way to get things done! Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence.
- Support the operations team in managing and coordinating various global operational activities, including event planning, logistics, vendor management, and customer experience optimization
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization while developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and resolve project-related issues
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the operations team and assist in making data-driven decisions.
- This is a high-visibility role, as you will be in continuous interaction with other teams inside Fever!
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
- Prior experience or internships in operations or related fields is preferred but not required.
