Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Analyst

About The Role

Fever is looking for an Analyst that will play a vital role in taking our products to the next level, deepening/ widening our current understanding of our users and identifying improvement opportunities for our product. We're looking for someone with great analysis skills, the ability to get things done and a genuine interest in our customers.

This is the perfect position for someone who knows a variety of techniques and tools related to data analysis (examples of techniques: SQL, clustering, predictive models, pattern recognition, examples of tools: R, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc), enjoys working in a team and loves digging into data to uncover product/business problems and opportunities. You will work closely with different areas of the business. We also value the ability to understand how to prioritize, think on how things will scale, make tradeoffs and balance the business needs with technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new visualizations according to all Fever teams needs and new requests
• Optimize and maintain all those visualizations
• Fully understand Fever's data model to be on top on new visualization requests and study their viability
• Auditing of current reporting & analytics
• Auditing any changes to ensure data accuracy and normalization of data
• Working to develop meaningful segmentation models, behavioral analysis of key user segments to analyze churn including elements like origin source, onboarding, plan types and feature retention
• Completing critical analysis that will drive growth and provide insights
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Engineering/Technical background required.
• 0-2 Years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision.
• To love everything data - designing models, reporting, driving results/growth
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Top-tier grades
• An excellent understanding of SQL or other query languages preferred
• Experience in a cross-functional team.
• Experience working in Strategy (MicroStrategy) is a plus

About the role:

Our Office Management department is growing and we are looking for a new professional to join our team for our Barcelona offices. The main responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate general maintenance and restocking of office supplies.
• Manage warehouse, inventory, equipment and office material.
• Negotiate, manage and improve relations with suppliers.
• Oversee office operations.
• Help to maintain a safe working space.
• Manage the leaders calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
  
  

About you:

In order to be successful in your role you will need to:

• Be skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English required
• Be solution-oriented and reliable professionals.
• Be incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills.

Join our team as a Market Strategy Intern and help drive Fever's business plan across all markets!

About the role:

• Analyze potential partners who submit inquiries through our online forms by assessing their activities, sizes, and interests, and forwarding them to the appropriate team.
• Identify and address inconsistencies in our CRM databases, assess problems, and collaborate with the commercial teams to resolve them.
• Provide direct support for Market Strategy Manager projects, focusing on process mapping and creating documentation, playbooks, and tutorials for other teams.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across different markets in an international environment spanning up to 40 countries.
  
  

About You:

• Proficient in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and read). Additional languages are a plus!
• Have a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You are comfortable working with numbers and leveraging analytics tools for strategic decision-making.
• Skilled in using advanced Google Sheets features (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas like IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF). Additionally, you either have or are eager to develop strong technical skills in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets, or Airtable.
• Naturally organized and process-oriented, with the curiosity to not only follow workflows but also understand their inputs and outputs. Capable of documenting processes effectively.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment and are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
