MISSION
The Inspection Générale (IG) is the internal audit function of the group. It carries out audits on all the activities of the Group in France and worldwide, relying either on generalists or specialists auditors, either through central or local teams.
The Iberian Peninsula IG Hub is a team of auditors covering BNP Paribas Group entities operating in Spain and in Portugal, countries where BNP Paribas develops both domestic business activities and large outsourced service centers. The hub intends to develop a practice for auditing IT activities operated in the Iberian Peninsula and from time to time, for supporting other IT audits over the EMEA region.
In this respect, the Iberian Peninsula IG Hub looks for an IT Auditor with a strong IT knowledge and experience in order to participate to IT audit assignments. Knowledge in the fields of Cybersecurity and IT Audit will represent an additional advantage.
The IT Auditor will report directly to the Head of IT Assignment and will be functionally part of the worldwide IT Audit Line.
RESPONSIBILITIES
n Participate in the audit team assignments and special reviews (when required by regulators, business lines, or senior management):
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of the assignment e.g. understanding the methodology to be applied, acquiring a deep knowledge of theactivities to be covered, understanding the detailed technologies, gathering relevant key figures, etc.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the activities within the scope of the assignment, its strategy and governance, and the related risks.
• Evaluate the overall setup and identify the main areas of risk (including a comprehensive assessment of the management actions).

n Review the implementation of the Inspection Générale IT recommendations:

n Contribute to the periodic risk assessment of IT activities and planning:

- Studies
• Possess a Bachelor´s / Master´s Degree in Information Technology/ Management Information System / Computer Science and related discipline;
• Professional Qualification/Certificate in Audit, e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP is a plus.
- Experience
Not less than 3 years of experience in external auditing / internal auditing / IT / risk / compliance / internal control / operations in the financial services industry.

MISION

Recolección de documentación e información: Contribución a la recopilación de información y documentación de naturaleza pública
Screening: Tras la fusión de los equipos de Data Control y KOT, el equipo de KYC Operations colaborar en el proceso de de screening en Vigilance, incluyendo el análisis de resultados relacionados con listas de sanciones y listas PEP. Análisis de noticias adversas a través de la herramienta DJAAMS, en caso de ser aplicable al caso, y evaluación de la materialidad de dichas noticias adversas.

MISIÓN
Proporcionar análisis financiero riguroso y asesoramiento estratégico para apoyar las decisiones de inversión en activos inmobiliarios. El objetivo es contribuir al éxito y crecimiento sostenible de BNP Paribas Real Estate en el mercado de capital markets, asegurando que las inversiones sean gestionadas de manera efectiva y rentable para todos los stakeholders involucrados.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Desarrollar análisis de mercado rigurosos para alimentar modelos de negocios y proyecciones financieras.
- Realizar análisis financiero y elaborar modelos de negocios dinámicos para evaluar la viabilidad y rentabilidad de oportunidades de inversión en activos inmobiliarios, planteando diferentes escenarios y sensibilidades.
- Conducir estudios de due diligence para verificar la calidad y el potencial de los activos, incluyendo análisis de mercado, técnico y legal.
- Preparar informes detallados y recomendaciones para la alta dirección y clientes, destacando análisis críticos y conclusiones clave.
- Seguimiento de procesos comerciales, contactando inversores, haciendo seguimiento de los procesos y dando apoyo a procesos de Q&A y gestionando VDR.
- Colaborar en la negociación de términos y condiciones de transacciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos estratégicos y financieros.
- Asesoramiento en el proceso de cierre de transacciones.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado inmobiliario, actualizando base de datos de transacciones, elaborar informes sobre principales tendencias en el sector y las condiciones económicas que puedan afectar el mercado
- Título universitario en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas.
- Se valora un posgrado en Finanzas, Desarrollo Inmobiliario, CFA o similar
- Ingles nivel C1
- Valorable otros idiomas como aleman.
- Capaciadad para comunicar tanto oralmente como por escrito.
